Rite Aid - shift manager

I'm a customer of the above location for many years. Today I experienced unprofessional skill of "shift manager" who refused to tell her name. The transaction # 1163858 was made at 9:46pm on 5/23/19. The cashier # [protected] didn't have enough change in her draw. The "manager" advised that I, as a customer, must go outside and find smaller bills if I want to complete my transaction. Because "after certain time the store doesn't accept large bills". First of all, if store is open 24/7, it's manager's responsibility to make sure that her cashier is fully operating. Secondly, when I asked this "shift manager" where I can see a policy about "certain timing that the store doesn't accept large bills", she asked me if I am an employee of Rite Aid and if not, she doesn't have to show me anything! I'm assuming if this type of police exists, it must be shown for customers, not only for employees. It was no signage! This shift manager refused to tell me her name, but apparently she doesn't have managerial skills. She was rude, careless and nasty for no reason. The line behind me build up over than 10 people, but the same shift manager did not care about that as well.
I hope you will take my complain for serious consideration.
Thank you,

Unhappy customer

I experienced considerable rudeness at the Rite Aide at 12 st and Kings Highway! No employee was wearing a mask! I was ten to midnite and I
am and look old! Almost 80! I have been a customer for over a Quarter century! Got 3 vaccinations for Covid many over the years for flu many prescriptions filled there and thousands of dollars of vitamins, chips, cake, shampoo toothpaste candy etc. Spent $76++ this evening and was treated rudely and disrespectfully by all but one young man. I believe in hiring the handicapped! But there should be no quota for lazy rude, disrespectful and bored!
