Rita's Florist Arrangement for memorial service

I placed an order for a Basket arrangement for $88.00 and paid $19.99 for extra flowers. There were supposed to be 5 blooming plants and 2 green plants (this is before the extra I paid for!) The basket was supposed to be 24"...What was delivered was an 11" basket with one WILTED blooming plant and 1 green plant. It was totally embarassing! I cannot get anyone to respond to e-mails or phone calls. I spent a total of 130.00 and I feel like someone should have to address this, otherwise this website should be shut down or listed as a scam!

Rita's Florist Flower delivery

Ordered flowers on 8-7-2019 for delivery on 8-8-2019 for my girlfriend. They weren't delivered until after she was off work and then delivered to the wrong place and had to be tracked down and given to her by another employee. I called the company t(Rita's Florist) that I ordered them through today 7 times and no one ever answered the phone. Sent the company 2 emails because the transaction said "pending" and luckily another employee knew her and brought the flowers to her. Terrible customer service and a bad experience. I wont ever use them again. Beware.

Rita's Florist Flower delivery never happened, refund was never given.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered flowers on August 4, 2019 for next day delivery for a funeral. I paid extra for next day delivery, and received an email on August 5 saying my order had been canceled. The email didn't provide any information as to why, but said my order would be refunded. The order was not refunded, they never answered my numerous emails, and never answered the phone. I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card, but this company needs to be shut down. I am considering reporting this to the local law enforcement in CA.

Rita's Florist Order not delivered and not refunded either

I placed an order for a Celebration Time flower arrangement and a stuffed animal for my girlfriend on the night of 22nd of July, 2019. Order #762384.
First, they debited my acct on the 23rd of July, 2019 for $42.94, which was more than the stated amount advertised . Today is the 25th of July, 2019 and the flowers have not been delivered, even though a same day delivery was promised.
Also, I have tried to contact this company 8 times by phone and all you get is a recording. I have left voice messages and sent emails to the email written on their website ([protected]@ritasflorist.com) to no avail.
This silence is completely wrong and unprofessional and they should be fined and their website closed down.

Rita's Florist Delivery not received. Unauthorized credit card charges

First of all rita's florist charged my credit card a far higher price than was said in checkout, nor was I ever informed it was foreign currency. The flowers were never delivered, though I paid for same day delivery. The company would not return phone calls nor did they ever actually answer the phone. Online they masquerade as a local company when in reality they seem to be just a scam. I would like a full refund but cannot seem to reach anybody.

Rita's Florist Anniversary roses

I ordered roses for my wife to be delived 5 days from now. They completely ignored the date and delivered it to my wife same day then having placed the order from Toronto they proceeded to bill me in USD at 34% more money without maling it clear which currency was being charder during check out. I will never order from Rita again. This was the worst experience ever with Rita's Florist

Same complaint. They advertise for delivery in Canada, and charge $US without proper warning. The site gives you no hint that it is US based or charge $US dollars except for very small print at the very bottom of one page, out of line of site. Even when going to check out, there is nothing obvious saying $US prices...very deceptive.

Rita's Florist Complaint

The worst experience ever. They delivered a completely different flowers. These people are not trusted at all. I tried calling them many times to complain to them first but they never answered their phone. I left so many vm for them and they never returned my phone call. I even sent them 2 online msgs and they did not phone me back. Please don't order from them.

Rita's Florist Flower delivery

Ordered flowers for mother's day. My credit card got charged TWICE and the flowers never even came. The price is actually in US dollars although it is never said to the customer. Called many times, left voicemails and emailed and they never picked up or got back to me. $200 for absolutely nothing. What a bunch of crooks, don't order from this company

Rita's Florist Flowers were not what I ordered

Ordered through this company via online. It did show it was a local company and they were available to deliver to my wife as one of her surprise mothers day 2019 gifts. I am deployed out of country. My wife sent me the videos and pictures of the arrangements which look nothing like what I had ordered. Upset I contacted the company 1-800# a few times. No one ever picked up. Their official website states they are located in california which wouldve out the time at around 1pm pst on a thursday. I was frustrated that after several calls no one ever picked up but their fax machine. I submitted request through their website and nothing returned. I sent an email thats listed on their website along with the same pictures and videos and no email or call back! I am frustrated that this business can continue with such bad reviews and complaints. Do not use this company they are horrible!

Rita's Florist Floral delivery

Please do not use this company — Rita's flowers! it is a total fraud! paid $62.18 for funeral floral delivery. Shows on their website as order completed. It's now the 2nd day and still no flowers! phone call just goes to message and emails are not responded to! seems there should be someone that can put a stop to this! these people are criminals!

Rita's Florist Flowers ordered online

I ordered some flowers with very vibrant colours (bright orange yellow and purple), for my cancer stricken nephew. Unfortunately the flowers delivered were mainly white daisy, with some pink gerbera. Completely different from what I ordered and totally inappropriate. I contacted them 4 times with a photo, by email and submitting the on line form in their website. I have not received a single reply. No reply at all! No apologies, not to say compensation. I would not recommend them and certainly will not use them again. Very disappointed in their service.

Rita's Florist Non delivery of flowers

Placed an order for flowers with this company and wish I hadn't... It seems like every other complaint I am now reading these con merchants take orders and money then don't deliver with no explanation given. I am in the UK so ordered in good faith for a friend's birthday. I receive an email with no explanation telling me I am getting a refund. To date, no sign of btw... I have emailed the company four times and no response... What a scam company. Seriously authorities over there, get this company shut down this is a scam and from what I an reading the are getting away with this time and again. This needs to be acted on and fast. Shameful.

Rita's Florist non fulfillment of order

I placed an order for a flower arrangement on the 19th of february. They debited my acct on the 20th of february for 74.65. Today is the 25th and the flowers have yet to be delivered. I have tried to contact this company 6 times by phone and all you get is a recording. I have sent numerous msgs via their website. To no avail. I don't have a lot of money I am on disability so for me this was a very big deal. At this point all I want is my money back. Shame on people like this that are nothing but scammers. Why can't anything be done?

Rita's Florist Flower delivery on valentine's day!

I ordered these flowers from these guys back in january for valentines day. Today (valentines day) I received and email at 8:30 stating that my order had been canceled and flowers will not be delivered... Wait... What?!

Do not use this company, they are scammers trying to get your credit card / billing information. May be tied to terroist actions... Beware!

Rita's Florist Flowers

I ordered what was advertised on Rita's florist website "Pretty Please".
My friend received flowers and then sent me a picture of arrangement. The arrangement looked as though the took a bunch of flowers and stuck them in vase.
Additionally, I called the business as well as emailing —- no reply.
So disappointing— do not waste your money ordering from Rita's florist.

Rita's Florist Delivery

Never order from here!
First of all their prices don't show that it's usd pricing (unless you read the fine print)
So what I thought was $70 was actually $90.
Which is okay cause my friend is worth the money, but the flowers were never delivered! I called at least 15 times and they do not answer the phone calls or reply back to my email. After not being able to get ahold of anyone I started to get suspicious, so I did research (which I should have done before placing an order) and found this with all the complaints. I called my bank right away and they assured me if I don't get anything within 15 days then they will dispute and i'll get my money back thank god! Regardless my friend never received her birthday surprise and I am very upset about that!

Resolved ! The flowers showed up.
But still no email or phone call back from the company. And nothing to inform me that the flowers were delivered. My friend had to tell me!

Rita's Florist Flower order

Like the other writer here- I ordered flowers from those Rita's florists because it look like it was local and the town when I was having them delivered . Same scenario no delivery can't reach anybody got a message it was refunded never got a refund . What can be done the shut this company down so they can't take money from your credit card? I should have researched this company better myself but it's ridiculous that they are able to still STEAL from people

Rita's Florist Substandard flowers sent order #719204

The flowers I ordered are not the flowers my manager received. I even paid additional $19.99 for the premium flowers but instead she got a different arrangement and budget style flowers. I have attached both the picture of what I was expecting and what my manager got. This is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund. I left several messages and emails. No one has reached out to be to address my concerns.

Rita's Florist Don't use this company

Ordered same day delivery after hearing a wonderful family announcement. Never delivered and received an email the following evening saying order was refunded. No explanation!
Just read some reviews of people who experienced the same thing I did. What is the purpose of this company? Just to disappoint people? Flowers are sent by people celebrating or in mourning and then nothing arrives. Just a cruel joke and a sucky one!

Rita's Florist Birthday bouquet

I ordered flowers last night for same-day delivery; to be delivered for today to my mom in Arkansas for her birthday. I'm in Texas. I assumed this was a local company because when I typed in the florist in the city where I'm from, this particular site pulled up. They took my money from an online order, and then this morning I got a strange message saying that the money was refunded. I called my bank they said no money had been refunded yet, so I'm still waiting to see if flowers show up or I get my money back; which I highly doubt it. I already had a feeling this company was definitely a scam. I should have looked into them deeper but I didn't. Do not order from them ever! So my bank said that they will conduct some sort of Investigation if I don't get my money back within 5 days. THIS is terrible; I'm so pissed!
