I Wish to complain one of your staff name Hafiz (Mohamad Hafiz) calling from your number 03-[protected] at 10:46am (15 February 2018) is very rude and such an complete [censor]..

Is this the way your service at a bank that I use for transaction of my monthly payment salary for 4 hours..

I hope you can teach or train your staff the ethic of how to ask a questions in a good manner...

RHB Bank credit card supplementary application

I already submit my application for supplementary card 1week of Jan 2018 at RHB Simpang Renggam, and I was called the credit card call centre to reconfirm status of my application. They said not received any application yet and request me to send again.

So I felt unhappy because I already wait for a month and I completely give all supporting document. Where did my document go actually? I concerned on my data that I was given being used appropriately.

RHB Bank ketidakpuashati terhadap layanan pekerja rhb

Saya nak buat aduan berkenaan layanan yang diberi oleh pekerja RHB di cawangan kuala pilah. Perkara ini berlaku pada awal tahun 2017. Pada asalnya saya tidak mahu membuat aduan tetapi setelah hampir setahun berlalu pengalaman tersebut membuat saya tidak lagi selesa untuk berurusan di RHB kuala pilah. Urusannya pada hari tersebut adalah menukarkan kad lama RHB kepada yang baru (Paywave). Yang menimbulkan rasa tidak puas hati saya adalah kerana pada masa itu saya mengejar masa untuk menyelesaikan banyak urusan di pejabat-pejabat di kuala pilah dan seremban yg terikat dengan masa rehat tengahhari pada hari jumaat. Telah saya maklumkan kepada pegawai RHB tersebut yang saya kejar masa, hanya mahu menyelesaikan urusan tukar kad dan tidak ada masa untuk mendengar tawaran pakej ASB RHB . Respon pegawai tersebut adalah 'jika awak nk cepat sy boleh pulangkn kad awak balik, sbb nk tukar lama juga'. Akhirnya saya terpksa dduk dan mndengar bebelan pegwai tersebut dan berkejar juga ke seremban sebab masa sudah suntuk untuk membuat urusan. Saya tidak ingt nama pegawai tersebut, saya hanya ingt dia lelaki, agk tinggi, sedikit berisi.Perkara ini mungkin hal kecil bagi pihak RHB tetapi saya masih tidak puas hati atas layanan tersebut. Harap pihak tuan ambil perhatian atas perkara ini. Saya sudah tidak bercadang untuk meneruskan penggunaan servis RHB selepas ini.

RHB Bank akaun rhb

Saya adalah mohd rasidi bin teneh dan no. Kad pengenalan [protected] membuat aduan disebabkan terkejut dengan panggilan telefon dari wakil rhb bank kuala lumpur yang menyatakan mengenai tunggakan bayaran pinjaman dan akan dikenakan tindakan undang-undang..

Seingat saya, pada awal tahun 2015 ada agent dari rhb bank kota kinabalu datang ke tempat kerja saya di restoran ayam penyet ria, one borneo kota kinabalu.. Dan mempromosikan produk bank iaitu pembukaan akaun rhb. Agen tersebut juga menyatakan akaun tersebut akan siap berserta buku dan dihantar ke alamat seminggu selepas permohonan dan thumb print telah dibuat beserta pembayaran rm 10 telah dibuat. Apa yang telah berlaku selepas seminggu telah berlaku.. Saya masih tidak menerima buku bank tersebut seperti yang dijanjikan..
Setelah 2 bulan berlalu, saya telah menerima lagi panggilan dari rhb bank dan di kesempatan itu saya sempat bertanya kepada mereka mengenai buku akaun tersebut saya tidak terima dan disebabkan saya merasa urusan tersebut terlalu lama dan berhasrat untuk membatalkan permohonan tersebut akan tetapi respon dari wakil bank yang menyatakan buku akaun tersebut telah dihantar tetapi saya menengaskan tidak menerima sebarang buku dari bank rhb.

Pada pertengahan tahun 2017, saya telah menerima panggilan lagi dari wakil rhb bank dan menyatakan perlu untuk membuat pembayaran bagi menggelakkan tindakan undang-undang terhadap saya dibuat. Saya menjadi hairan, setahu saya pada masa kehadiran wakil bank ke restoran kami, pemahaman saya pembukaan akaun tersebut adalah akaun simpanan kenapa saya perlu buat pembayaran dan tertunggak pula tu?
saya bertanya kepada wakil bank rhb, kenapa saya perlu bayar, saya bukan buat pinjaman. Agen tersebut menjelaskan kepada saya, bahawa akaun yang telah dibuat tersebut merupakan akaun pinjaman asb.

Untuk pengetahuan tuan/ puan, saya hanya merupakan seorang pekerja restoran dan berjawatan pembantu tukang masak, berdasarkan kemampuan pendapatan yang saya ada, sekiranya saya tahu bahawa agen tersebut menjual pinjaman asb kepada saya, sudah semestinya saya menolak pada awal lagi. Sepatutnya pihak bank lebih arif menilai kemampuan saya.. Adakah saya layak bagi tujuan tersebut? kalau la saya tahu itu berbentuk pinjaman.. Takkan saya mengelak untuk buat sebarang pembayaran dan apakah bencana saya akan dapat sekiranya saya tidak buat bayaran.. Itupun sekiranya saya tau ianya adalah berbentuk pinjaman.. Apa yang saya dapat? yang saya paham sekarang.. Saya dikehendaki buat bayaran tunggakan pinjaman asb dan tersenarai dalam blacklist rekod.. Saya rasakan saya telah diperdaya dan telah diambil kesempatan oleh bank rhb diatas keikhlafan dan kelemahan pengetahuan saya terhadap produk bank. Sekiranya pihak bank rhb tidak memberi penyelesaiaan terhadap masalah ini.. Saya merasakan ini adalah satu penipuan yang bijak dibuat oleh bank rhb terhadap pelanggan yang tidak tahu dan bijak mengambil kesempatan terhadap pelanggan seperti saya.. Saya akan ajukan juga aduan ini ke bank negara.. Dan rasa terpanggil untuk membuat makluman ke media sosial seperti facebook dan whatsapp.. Agar individu seperti saya maklum dan dapat menilai lebih awal serta terselamat dari penipuan bijak yg dibuat oleh bank rhb...

RHB Bank service

I would like to make a complaint to RHB Bank Berhad pertaining to my Mortgage loan.

First of all, I applied a Mortgage Loan in RHB Bank 1 Lagenda, address No 1, Jalan Lagenda 2, Kampung Melaka. I was attended by Executive namely Farid contact number [protected]) in early October 2017. I had submitted all the document to him. He (Farid) told me that my loan has be approved and I signed on the agreement letter which in RHB bank 1 Lagenda around 5.45pm-7pm on 17 Oct 2017.

Secondly, I had received a call from Farid again and saying we miss out a from and sign to pass him the form. We had received the mail which Farid and his superior Liow Chee Keong as sender the form to me. I m asked to return the mail with the signature on it as acceptance of the offer letter. After sign the letter and I replied to Farid and cc. to his superior Liow Chee Keong as well. I had been sending the mail twice as I keeping it right now.
Later On, I got a call from Atiqah [protected]) and sent me the hard copy of the form and resign again on 11th Nov 2017.

Thirdly, I received a call from my lawyer and saying tat my loan has not been approved. I call the Syah [protected]) and he mentioned to me that I need to submit again those application.

Last but not least, I felt that I being cheated or being fool by RHB representative which doing all thing which ended up nothing in progress.
I have more documentin pdf which unable to upload in this page.

Kindly do provide me the email address for me to sent all those soft copy.

Hope RHB bank will approved without new submission of document.

I would appreciate it if you could provide a response as soon as possible. I very much appreciate your time.

RHB Bank rhb loan lawyer

I am the customer of the RHB Banks whereby provide housing loan to me. As the loan approved, the loan agreement lawyer is Adlan Hj Suhaimi & Co.
Now I am applying the release of the Strata Title. My S & P Lawyer is Chow Tat Seng & Co.
My problem is the S & P lawyer is not under RHB panel, where I ask them to help me to obtain the Strata Title. The Question is, can RHB give the consent to Chow Tat Seng & Co in helping me to this as the loan lawyer Adlan Hj Suhaimi & Co is not really helpful because their office in KL whereby I reside in Penang.

RHB Bank the attitude of the staff

I would like to complain about the attitude of the staff. The RHB's staff doesn't treat the premier costumer as a premier costumer, they question about whether she (costumer ) is a normal costumer who get the premier costumer's number by herself. Please distribution a suitable staff to take over the premier costumer counter. The appearance of ordinary can't determine a human, don't look down
at any costumer . Please refer my suggestion.

RHB Bank rhb online banking

I would like to complaint about always wrong password on RHB online banking service. I have changed password for twice upon that RHB online Banking mentioned i have entered a WRONG password. What's problem with that? I feel un-secure when using RHB online banking. And this is the third time mentioned i entered wrong password AGAIN! I am very sure about the password have no wrong.

Ya same here for my case, call to customer service but always treated unsolved.. until todate havent come out a solution yet, even a simple matter to enable my online banking account... RHB are you cant even solve a reset account procedure?! Been called up for more than 20 times, and repeat same diagnostic... Kindly give us an proper explanation and contact [protected]

RHB Bank rhb ex-employee (197712)- complaint on unattended request for early release.

I would like to complaint on poor service from GHR RHB Bank Berhad.
I have tendered my resignation letter on 30th March 2016 by giving 2 1/2 months notice ( instead of 3 months notice in contract) and requested for early release in my letter. My request was unattended and the GHR always respond late. I left the Bank on 31st May 2016 and i assumed the HR accepted my resignation and early release because i have given them the notice but no reply from them. Suddenly, i received letter of demand from the HR and also their lawyer (S.N. Yap & Associates) to request for the 1 month pay for the insufficient notice due to breached of contract after 1 year and 3 months from they day i left the Bank. I felt very frustrated as i didn't receive my balance pro-rated annual leave pay and it should be contra from my owing to the bank (if you insisted me to pay back to the Bank). After deducted my annual leave, weekend and public holiday in June'16, the short notice is around 1 week only and why is the Bank so calculative and inconsiderate as 3 months notice is too long, is hard for us to find a new job as new employer can't wait ).
I hope you can review my letter dated 30/11/2017 that i wrote back to GHR as i stated all the communication with the GHR but no respond from them.

RHB Bank cash deposit

Pada 21/1/2017 pukul 11.30 pagi saya telah memasukkan sejumlah duit rm 4700 di mesin deposit di giant tampoi ... no akaun sepatutnya [protected] tetapi saya masuk ke akaun [protected] (tan kok wai ) sepatutnya saya masuk kan ke dalam akaun company saya, akan tetapi saya telah salah masuk akaun org lain di sebabkan machine ketika itu blur ... kemudian saya telah call customer service rhb namun mereka kata tidak boleh dapat balik ... kemudian saya telah buat report polis dan telah pergi ke rhb bank di mana owner akaun tersebut buka akaun di taman bahgia kl namun mereka bg alasan sama ... saya ada bukti saya salah masuk akaun hanya pulang balik amount y saya salah bank in sebab saya ada bukti ... boleh tak pihak rhb buat sesuatu dgn kes ini? Sebab kes bulan 1 skrg sudah hujung tahun namun phk rhb tetap tidak beri sebarang maklum balas ...

Selamat pagi.. saya puan khairun nisa binti zainal pemilik kenderaan MCH7958 ingin membuat aduan pada 28 nov 2017 saya mendapat panggilan dari rhb tetapi d sebabkan sedang berkerja tidak dapat menjawab panggilan. Selepas itu emak saya mendapat panggilan dari pemungut hutang dari pihak anda. Dan pemanggil tersebut menengking emak saya serta mendedahkan maklumat akaun kepada beliau. RHB Bank credit card

Regarding your employee - Johnny See Choon Lee (Retail Mobile Banker, Direct Sales, Alternate Sales Channel, Mobile Number: [protected]) who is very dishonest and does not fulfill his promise. He promised to give me free gift for singing up RHB credit card once he got his commission on 15th August and he said will contact me, but until today he still did not contact me. I tried to contact him but to no avail.
I signed up on the month of July. i contacted end of July (28th) and he said he will call me personally so that i can collect the free gift at Queensbay Mall. But until today still no news. Too bad you hired such an irresponsible and dishonest salesperson. Shame on your employee as well.

Secondly, i am unable to get my monthly credit card statement. i have to call your credit card center to get it (for the month of July and August). i told the call agent (whoever it is) to either send to my email or mail it to my house address directly. Until today, still no response. i used credit cards from other banks (CIMB, Hong Leong, BSN), well, may be the benefits provided on their credit cards may not be much, but their customer service is fairly good and they do not hire irresponsible employee like Johnny.

RHB Bank very poor customer oriented and conscious

I, Faisal Hj Abood Hareez (IC: [protected]) HP: [protected]: email: [protected]@gmail.com writing to inform RHB management to seriously consider my honest and sincere feedback with a regretable experience with RHB. On 31st Oct. 2017 I had applied a loan of RM70k ONLY to purchase a brand new car costing RM160, 600 via RHB bank. I had submitted all relevant document including from LHDN stating very clearly "Baki Hutang= 0". Sadly, after 1 whole week I was not informed of the application status/result. This is indeed not professional nor efficient letting a client not knowing of the result. However, I had received a call from Maybank Setapak asking for my latest saving income. Just after 2 days my loan had being approved & I went to sign thr agreement. Thats what I define as really pro, efficient and customer friendly. I conclude that RHB is not customer oriented and poor customer ethics.
I forward my bad experiene that I truly regret.

RHB Bank atm machine

Hi good afternoon. My name is selvakumar a/l vatermalay. Ic no [protected]. I really disappointed with your staff at rhb tun aminah branch. On 3 november 2017 zt 2.30 pm. I want kindly inform to you about my cimb bank debit card is decline. Im used my cimb bank in rhb bank atm machine. After 1 minute later it shows temporary service. Im also inform to the staff they say can but later they told its my fault because i use cimb bank card into rhb bank. They talk like an irresponsible. Its not fully my fault. The bank staff say cannot return back the debit card. I hope you can take the action with that mention staff. Thank you

RHB Bank complaint : very upset and horrible with the service team & no statement receive

Dear RHB customer service team,

I am very upset with the service i have gotten from your team. Below was my experience with your customer team: I was charged a penalty fee, late charges and interest rate for not making payments to my credit card, however, i did not received any of my card statements since July 17 till date (neither hardcopy statement nor e-statement), and so i do not know how much to pay and it has easily slipped my mind as i have received none of the statements! And that's why, i called to you, hoping that you would provide me a solution, and hoping you'd help to waive my penalty charges, late charges, interest rate and annual membership fee as there's clearly an issue as to why I haven't received any of your statements, but to my disappointment, your customer service team have not provided me with any solutions, but keep defending themselves and state that they have sent out and i should have received my statements, If I were to received I wouldn't have wasting my time arguing with you people.
Secondly, one of your services team (Ms Aini) was being so rude and hung up on my call while I'm still talking. This is ridiculous .

Now, I am very sure that I did not received all the statements since July 17, I will settle my out-standings amount, but I would like a waiver of all the penalty charges.
Also, I'm here would like to request for the June 2017 soft copy statement for my both credit card. Thanks

As this matter is urgent and has been dragged for so many week please take it serious, I would be grateful for your prompt reply.

RHB Bank islamic housing loan

I have been advised by the Officer incharge that there will be no progressive interest payment during the construction period before the signing of the letter of offer, however I am currently receiving the progresive interest billing. She has further advise me to settle the first billing while checking with the product team. I have made the payment accordingly however, the issue is not yet resolved and I have received the 2nd billing.

Please ensure that RHB deliver as promised. Otherwise I will considered that this a fraud.

RHB Bank pembiayaan peribadi balu pesara kerajaan

Salam sejahtera dan salam 1Malaysia,

Nama saya Pn Sa'imah Binti Haris no kad pengenalan [protected]
dan baru membuat permohonan pembiayaan peribadi pada 27.10.2017 di RHB Bank Batu Pahat. Saya dimaklumkan permohonan saya telah LULUS pada 31.10.2017 (Selasa).

Disini saya ingin memaklumkan pada pihak tuan bahawa tujuan saya membuat pinjaman adalah untuk kegunaan perubatan saya. Saya memerlukan wang tersebut secepat mungkin. Saya ada menghubungi RHB Careline namun mereka memaklumkan kepada saya tidak dapat membantu kerana kes saya masih diperingkat penilaian RHB Centre. Saya juga ada menghubungi RHB Batu Pahat dan menurut mereka pihak JPA Pencen belum memberi maklumbalas. Saya ada menhubungi pihak JPA namun jawapan sebaliknya yang saya terima. Saya berasa amat sedih dan terkilan kerana masalah saya kurang mendapat perhatian pihak RHB.

Diharapkan pihak RHB dapat membantu saya supaya boleh mendapat lebih awal wang pinjaman tersebut kerana saya amat amat memerlukan wang tersebut. Mohon perhatian kepada warga emas seperti saya dan diharap dapat bantuan sewajarnya. Sekian, terima kasih.
