Y & G (Hairve.com) review: Giant stress bed for dog

Found an amazing stress bed that I thought may help my dog for when bonfire night comes around again as he is terrified. So I ordered this giant stress bed for my dog from hairve.com in january and today I have received 10 small metal clips so looks like i've been had.
There is no contact information just the address for which others customers are experiencing the same difficulty in contacting.
I have reported this to PayPal keeping fingers crossed that I may get a refund
