WES Newyork, USA review: I am complaining about documents which have not been received in Africa since August 2020.

Wes Reference number 3809302. Since August 2020 WES informed me about the transmission of my documents to the University of Yaoundé 11 in Cameroon for the needful to be done. Considering non-receipt of information from the University, I verified and was in formed by WES staff that no documents were sent because of the pandemic and that they have just now resumed sending documents gain. I was further informed that about three weeks ago yet another electronic mail and a hard copy of the mail were sent once more to the University.
Following the deception I had after learning that no mails were sent in August and considering that I have missed starting my program twice because of these delays and half-truths, I recently suggested to WES to send the documents by express mail and at my cost. This was about three weeks ago and to my greatest surprise and dismay I have not heard from them.
Could you assist so that I get a response that can get my file as soon as possible to Africa?
