Weis Store review: Bad customer service

Earlier today I returned some products at weis store # 129 and store the returned amount in weis gift card $ 127.20 dollars. When I made these purchase I used my bank debit card which is just like a cash. I asked the astt. store manager to give me a cash back and she just said no? We always shop at weis and this is the only time first time I got a bad service from member of management like this? Any help from your end will be greatly appreciated.
