Wavee.com They say it is .75 a bid but when you sign up it is $75.00 which is non refundable

TOTAL SCAM...DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SITE. They say it is .75 a bid but when you sign up it is $75.00 WHICH IS NONREFUNDABLE. They also don't tell you it is 1.99 for processing if you win. Also when you first start the have you on begginer bids, it says you have to win 3 times to move up so you can't even bid on the better items. Oh and they add 20 seconds to the timer everytime you bid. TOTAL SCAM!

Wavee.com STOP WEVEE CONTACT INFO

A letter I wrote to Wavee...I did NOT intend to set up a Wavee account at this time.. I thought that Wavee needed my Credit Card info for age verification only. Before I knew it I realized that my account had been charged. I would like to cancel my account and have the charges reversed back to the Credit Card you now have on file...
Thank You for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely, David N.
I could not find a number for wavee online. All I found were complaints of people being scammed. I took the step to contact the Attorney Generals Office and I urge everyone to do the same. Here is the info...

Wavee.com misleading information

I came across this company and thought it sounded interesting. Big Mistake! Just delete any email you get from them. I signed up and realized they took $ 75.00 out of my bank account. I emailed Wavee.com and they said I got a deal...they were only charging me $37.50 and they were sure I'd find a great deal. I don't want any deal they have to offer...I want my $75.00 back. When the $75.00 charge remained on my account I emailed Wavee.com yet again and they never responded. They are a bunch of crooks. If you're not satisfied with a product, then you should be able to get your money back. But not with this corrupt company. They didn't have the courtsey or morals to even return my second email. Delete any email you get from these people. Don't agree to their terms. Whatever happened to the ability to change your mind if you're not satisfied with what you thought you were getting and ask for a refund and get it? You people at Wavee.com are all a bunch of CROOKS!

Wavee.com no refund

I accessed Wavee.com online auction site. Believing it to be like ebay I decided to register. I was asked to complete my credit card information, which I understood would be used if OR when I decided to bid on something. I filled out the info and pressed enter on my laptop. Shortly after I received an email thanking me for my order? They charged my credit card $179 for 350 bid credits. I immediately emailed them, explaining that I was a senior living on just $1050 total income each month, and that I did not request any credits, but just registered with the site. I received a couple of answers, telling me that they are sure I will find lots of good things to buy. I have since accessed the site again and find that they offer several different amounts of credits to purchased and the $75 was the only one that was ALWAYS highlighted.

I honestly did not see that part of the registration (I have glaucoma). I do not wish to bid or buy anything on that site. I just want them to return my money. It will take me months to pay off for something I didn't even order in the first place. Please help.

Tossup here. I finally received a full refund from wavee.com. took a lot of time and trouble though. i put in a complaint on this board, and then with BBB, Atlanta. Also went online to live chat and after one hour, part of it with a supervisor, i finally received authorization refunding $179. You just have to be pushy when you speak with live chat otherwise you won't get anywhere. if the conversation goes around and around insist upon speaking with a supervisor, who will also try to scam you. but keep on saying "i want a full refund." they will offer you 25%, 50%, 75% and each time say I WANT A FULL REFUND.

Wohoo! They got busted! If you got ripped off by them by either not getting what you "won" in their auctions or did not get a full refund for what they charged you to "sign-up" then go here: " http://consumer.ga.gov/news/press-releases/view/wavee-com-settles-with-the-governor-s-office-of-consumer-protection " I was lucky to get a full refund from them ( after several hours on the phone with them! ) but if you didn't; get yours back by going to that georgia.gov website.

If I could put my hands on the founders and co founders I would assasinate them ...

I am not the type of person who fight's, steals, or harm. I am passive and I am a very friendly guy.
But quite honestely, I would assasinate them, hang them somewhere and kill them slowly ... like, cut the tips of their fingers, stick needles inside their nails, and
poke their eye pupils with needles... shave their hair and let a water drop dropping, electrecute them as they ### their pants, make them eat my ###, pee on them, remove their teeth individualy one by one with a pair of pliers, kick them, spit on them, and then bring them to hungry dogs, so they can get eaten alive, ...

they deserve that or worse... since I purchased credits (fine) won an auction, and never got the item even after I paid for it(after winning auction you need to pay for fee + final price)
Shipping date has changed several times, and also the item has not arrived.

Now they owe me $75 dollars, plus interest, plus frustration, plus the time I spent writing the tons of emails i sent them, plus the disease they caused to me... I will never be able to shop online confidently after
this experience ... I have been mentally damaged.

Best Regards

I also was taken by wavee.com. Through email they offered 50% of my $75.00, i shouldnt have but i agreed thinking i am lucky to get back half. They then told me i can keep my credits, so smart as i am i bid on something small and won a $4.00 Sony move controller, so i paid the $4.00 for the product i won which took 120 credits just to win, then waited and well its been a month now and NO PRODUCT. I have emailed them many times and no response. NEVER goto wavee.com. I hope they get shut down soon... PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO FILE COMPLAINTS ON WAVEE.COM...

I totally agree that Wavee.com is a fraudulent company. Who ever heard of being charge just to bid for something. You supposed to be charged if you win a bid, like what Ebay does. It is shrewed, clever marketing scheme going. Stay away!

The same thing happened to me just this morning, and I have never before been a victim of an internet website scam, or unauthorized charges on my card. I have sent them a message, but since it is the weekend, I have to wait until Monday to call them. I have called my bank, and am in the process of filing complaints based on my experience, and what I have read here, with the BBB as well.

They got me too and my bank ( Wachovia ) has been little to no help resolving this issue. They gave me a temporary credit for the $179 but then four days later took it back stating since I had given Wavee my credit card info it was a legit charge. Of course Wavee has been no help either. I called them immediately after seeing the page stating they had charged my credit card. They didn't even offer a partial refund as I have read about them offering to other people with the same exact complaint. So, I just finished sending an e-mail to Wavee, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau ( http://www.atlanta.bbb.org ), Federal Trade Commision (https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ ), State Attorneys Office in Florida (where I live), the Georgia Governor’s Office of Consumer Affairs ( http://www.georgia.gov/00/channel_title/0, 2094, 4802_5041, 00.html), and the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center ( http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx ). So who knows, maybe I'll get some positive results now.

Same thing happened to me and I'm young and don't have glaucoma! It was very confusing as you had to scroll down quite far to the bottom of the site to register and you are supposed to read every word... I just wanted to check out the camera prices. I got taken, then tried to get my money back. No way. So... I had jump in and try to win my money back. Yeah right. I have won two auctions... one for credits and one for a gift card I still haven't received. I would stay away from this company!

Wavee.com misleading

Wavee.com's registration is misleading, they charged me $179 without even having a confirmation page. Here is how the conversation went to get the refund...it lasted nearly an hour...

You are now chatting with 'Sharon'

Sharon: Thank you for visiting Wavee.com Livechat Line. Our goal is to provide you with excellent customer service. We are here to help you win auctions, save money and have a great time. May we start with your name please?

Me: **************

Me: I was charged a fee of $179 that I did not agree to, and i want it refunded.

Me: All I did was sign up and you guys charged me $179 that was not disclosed.

Sharon: Please CLICK HERE to see your Original Payment Page.

Sharon: The price is listed in 4 different locations (including underlined and bold) as well as the Order Summary. It is the consumer's responsibility to read the page carefully before entering credit card information.

Me: no, if i click there, it closes the chat window

Me: trust me, i've investigated your company, and i'm not the first person that you've done this to

Me: I want a refund

Sharon: Unfortunately, due to the fact that this is a special promotional offer - 25% off (not available to our existing users) and we state clearly that the credits are non-refundable, there is nothing I can do.

Sharon: Every bid you place is a $0.60 discount against against items like MacBoook, Ipad, and iPhone. Even if you lose the auction, you can get the full value of your credits to apply as a discount.

Sharon: We invite you to take just a few minutes to watch this short DEMO video. Please CLICK HERE to familiarize yourself with our patent-pending technology and cutting-edge platform which will enable you to save up to 98% off on the hottest products.

Me: I purchased 30 credits within minutes of signing up. If your terms of me buying 300 credits was clearly stated, would I have bought 30 more within minutes of signing up?

Me: I want a refund

Me: If you do not refund, I will charge back

Sharon: Your bank will see the exact same Payment Page as the above link, with the Order Detail on the left and the price clearly stated 4 times. We're confident that once you participate in a few more auctions, you will pay pennies on the dollar.

Sharon: I am happy to remove the 30 credit purchase as a courtesy.

Sharon: Is there anything else I can help you with?

Me: No, I want a refund of the $179 or I will be charging back, your terms are not clearly stated, this is a scam

Sharon: Our terms are clearly stated in the Original Payment Page (the price is listed 4 times, as well as Payments are non-refundable). You also agreed to the Terms and Conditions, which stated that credit purchases are non-refundable. Your bank will see both of these items very clearly and inform you that there is nothing they can do for you. However, as a courtesy, I am willing to remove the 30 credit charge from your account.

Me: I'm not interested in removing the 30 credit charge. I want the $179 refunded or I will charge back. Your terms are not clearly stated.

Me: All I did was register and you charged me $179 without a confirmation page.

Sharon: Please review the below Payment Page. Are you able to locate the price listed 4 times, as well as "110 Extra Credits With Purchase"

Sharon: Please CLICK HERE to see your Original Payment Page.

Me: I will report you to the BBB if this is not taken care of immediately.

Sharon: Registration occurs on the first page. It is FREE of charge.

Sharon: What I have sent you is the Payment Page, does that make sense?

Sharon: Typically we do not allow for refunds under these circumstances, as the price is very clearly disclosed. It is the consumer's responsibility to read the page carefully before entering credit card information. However, I will see if I can get Manager approval to make a 1 time exception.

Me: I will not click on that because it will close the chat window. Your site is completely misleading

Me: Thank you

Sharon: Given the special circumstance, I have been authorized by my Manager to offer you the MAX refund of 50%. I will start processing the refund now.

Sharon: Is there anything else I can assist you with?

Me: I will not accept anything less than the full $179

Me: If you aren't willing to refund my money i will charge back and contact the BBB

Sharon: Your bank will tell you to contact the merchant because the terms are clearly stated on the Payment Page and Terms of Use (which you agreed to). However, as a 1-time exception, I am going to authorize the 50% refund right away.

Me: No, 50% is not what you people took out of my account without my concent

Me: Refund my money

Me: If everything is "clearly stated", why am I not the only one that you people have done this to?

Me: Refund my $179 now please

Sharon: The non-refundable purchase were the terms of this particular promo. I have gone to bat for you to make sure you get the MAX refund. I am happy to process that right now and as a courtesy let you keep all of your credits (so you're really getting a 75% discount).

Sharon: Customer Service is my number one priority and I will get that 50% refund processed right away!

Me: NO!

Me: refund my $179 now! there is no reason you people should keep $89.50 of my hard earned money just because you don't want to give me a refund

Me: your site is completely misleading

Sharon: Most merchants state the price one time -- maybe two times. Wavee states their price 4 times. We are a responsible merchant. I will process your 50% refund and you will get the 350 credits for 50% off.

Me: NO! 100% or i'm charging back and contacting the BBB

Me: and not once did I see anything about a $179 charge

Sharon: Please CLICK HERE to see your Original Payment Page.

Me: much like many other people that have posted complaints against your company

Sharon: Can you see the $179 charge?

Me: I'M NOT CLICKING ON ANY OF YOUR LINKS, IT WILL CLOSE THE CHAT WINDOW

Sharon: No, it does not close the window. Please click on the link.

Sharon: It opens up a separate web browser.

Me: NO, I'VE ALREADY TRIED IT ONCE

Sharon: Please try again.

Me: REFUND 100% OF MY MONEY

Sharon: It should not close the window.

Me: IT DOES

Me: AS MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAVE STATED IN THEIR BLOGS

Me: I'LL KEEP SAYING IT, I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW

Me: JUST ISSUE THE REFUND ALREADY

Me: GO STRAIGHT TO THE MERCHANT ACCOUNT TERMINAL AND VOID THE TRANSACTION

Sharon: We will issue a refund to the credit card it was purchased from. The refund will be processed and you can expect to see your credit within 5-7 business days.

Me: a full refund?

Sharon: No, 50% refund. You have already used some of the value of your credits. It is impossible for a full refund. Had you not used any of your credits, it would have been possible for a 100% refund. Does that make sense?

Sharon: I have submitted the 50% refund to process.

Me: No i haven't, I used some of the "30 credits" that I purchased

Me: you people are liars and scammers

Me: I want my money back

Me: i didn't use any of your 300 credits!

Sharon: You should receive it in 1-3 business days. You will also receive the $22.50 refund (for the 30 credits).

Me: NO!

Sharon: Is there anything else I can assist you with?

Me: I used 8 credits of the 30 that I purchased

Me: refund my $179

Sharon: You will receive a $100 refund right away.

Sharon: Is there anything else I can help you with?

Me: Yeah, the rest of my fricking money!

Me: you people are stealing money from me

Me: and 50% of the 179 and 22.50 is not =$100

Me: keep the $22.50 and refund me the full $179

Me: I plan on using the full 30 credits that i purchased and possibly purchasing more, but I refuse to be taken advantage of

Me: refund my $179

Me: a 50% refund is a joke

Me: and I know thats not the best you can do

Sharon: You will receive a $140 refund total -- which is 70% refund. As a courtesy, you can keep you credits.

Me: I've researched other peoples claims and they have been given a %100 refund

Me: why, as a valued customer, am I being discriminated against?

Sharon: As I previously stated, 100% refundable is only available if you had not used a single credit.

Me: i didn't use any of your 300 credits!

Me: i purchased a seperate 30

Me: you people are scammers

Me: i know you can refund still, it's just a matter of you discriminating against me

Sharon: No sir. I will process the 70% refund. You will receive all of your credits in your account for an "all-in" cost of $0.20 cents/credit -- compared to $0.75/credit

Me: so, you went from 50% which was the MAX refund to 70%, just quit playing games and refund my $179

Me: I'm on the BBB website now

Me: looks like the Atlanta GA office will be handling this

Sharon: We do not want to see our customers unhappy. We will issue a 100% refund to the credit card it was purchased from. The refund will be processed and you can expect to see your credit within 5-7 business days.

Sharon: Is there anything else I can help you with?

Me: so, the full $179

Me: ?

Sharon: Yes.

Sharon: Is there anything else I can help you with?

Me: can I get your real name, or is it just sharon? you know, on the "off chance" that I don't get my refund, I'll have to have information for the complaint forms

Sharon: My name is Sharon, and you will receive the 100% refund.

Me: Thank you

when I signed up on this website to be able to bid they charged me $75.00 for points to bid with ( which I had no idea you needed).I emailed them on this and they said they'd get back with me within 48 hours.Well they emaied me and said they refunded my moneymy bank account showed it returned. But then they retook the money from my account, which then cost me an overdraft fee. Now in trying to contact them I can't even get into their website. THEY ARE A BIG FAKE AND FRAUD THAT I FULLY INTEND ON REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I noticed Wavee.com and wanted to register. They asked for credit card info and I submitted it, thinking it was like eBay.com. They immediately charged my credit $75 for credits. I did not want credits and they did not warn you that your credit card was going to be charged. After 5 minutes of looking at what they had to offer, it is a scam they do not have really good things. I am going to contact my credit card company and ask they to deny payment! Please help!

On line auction company, not legitimate, takes 75.00 up front for no reason, you can not win at the auctions unless you buy credits, which does not make sense, and is not spelled out until after you try their service and call the company to have them explain that they make you send in 75 dollars that is not refundable.

Just registered to see what wavee was all about and ended up googling for "Wavee Complaints". After looking @ site, decided to leave page. Got automated - wait to see our special offer type popup. Ha Ha got "Sharon". She kept telling me of the "offer" for Pro Bid Package. I asked what is that? Her response "why would you say something like that?" ~ 4 exchanges later, asked are you a real person - of course. Yeah right.
Huh? Who would blindly buy something? Even if it is a deal @ what? $49... After asking 3 times what this "great" package was, most I got was, why don't you try and you won't be disappointed, ya da ya da...

Wavee.com I got duped into signing up for Wavee.com which I now believe is a scam

I got duped into signing up for Wavee.com which I now believe is a scam.

I signed up at 632 AM. After spending 3 or 4 mins on the site and reviewing the news video clip that promoted the service, I decided to sign up. I filled out a form which asked for credit card information. There was no mention of a total and i expected to be taken to a confirmation page, but instead i was charged $179 dollars. On the thank-you page was a link to a chat service for billing. I started the chat. After a few mins of waiting, the chatter came on to say effectively–no refunds. She quickly sent me to a link that showed the supposed site I had just seen and agreed to…when clicking on the link it closed the chat session, so i began another. here is that second chat which lasted over 20 mins:

You are now chatting with ‘Dorothy at Wavee.com’
you: i was just chatting with someone and my window accidentally closed when i opened the link she sent me
you: should i begin again?
Dorothy at Wavee.com: Kindly hold for a moment.
Dorothy at Wavee.com: The price is listed in 4 different locations (including underlined and bold) as well as the Order Summary. It is the consumer’s responsibility to read the page carefully before entering credit card information.
Dorothy at Wavee.com: Unfortunately, due to the fact that this is a special promotional offer and we state clearly that the credits are non-refundable, there is nothing I can do.
you: are you saying that i need to charge back?
Dorothy at Wavee.com: We invite you to take just a few minutes to watch this short DEMO video. Please CLICK HERE to familiarize yourself with our patent-pending technology and cutting-edge platform which will enable you to save up to 98% off on the hottest products.
Dorothy at Wavee.com: However, since you are a valued customer, we can make a 1 time exception. We’re so confident that you will win on Wavee, that if you use all of your credits, and you still don’t win an item — we would be happy to grant a partial refund.
you: i’ll wait for you to respond while i blog about this
Dorothy at Wavee.com: Certainly, I can help you with that. Typically we do not allow for refunds under these circumstances, as the price is very clearly disclosed. It is the consumer’s responsibility to read the page carefully before entering credit card information. However, I will see if I can get Manager approval to make a 1 time exception and offer you a 25% refund.
you: LOL. i’m not interested in 25%. i’ll charge back
you: i do not believe that you disclosed this amount and there was no meeting of the minds making this as invalid contract. i want 100% of my money back or i’ll charge back and file public and administrative complaints
Dorothy at Wavee.com: I will gladly provide you with this simple refund form for you to complete as it is required by our bank in order for us to issue your refund. Please CLICK HERE to get a refund.
you: MAIL! MAIL IT IN! WHAT A SCAM. YOU DON’T NEED ME TO MAIL THE FORM. STOP TRYING TO AVOID THE REFUND!
Dorothy at Wavee.com: Kindly hold for a moment.
you: MY INFO IS xxxxxxxx . YOU DON’T NEED MORE THAN THAT TO ISSUE A REFUND
you: still there? this can’t be difficult i’m sure you get this complaints all the time.
Dorothy at Wavee.com: No, we actually don’t.
Dorothy at Wavee.com: Is there anything else I can help you with?
you: what was i hold for?
you: YES! I WOULD LIKE A REFUND NOW!
Dorothy at Wavee.com: Like most Retail Stores, we too require your original signature in order to process any refund through our Bank. As I have previously stated, the price is very clearly disclosed and we typically do not allow for refunds under these circumstances. Once again, please CLICK HERE to follow the easy steps necessary to ensure you receive your refund.
you: WHAT!
Dorothy at Wavee.com: www.wavee.com/access/refund
you: REFUNDS ARE ISSUE ALL THE TIME ON THE INTERNET WITHOUT ORGINAL RECEIPTS
you: THIS IS A SCAM
you: THE PRICE WAS NOT CLEARLY STATED
Dorothy at Wavee.com: To skip filling out the entire form, please write BR894 at the top and sign the form. This will allow us to process your refund faster.
Dorothy at Wavee.com: The price was clearly listed four times sir.
you: HOW DO I AVOID FILLING OUT THE FORM AND MAILING. I WANT A REFUND TODAY!
Dorothy at Wavee.com: http://www.wavee.com/access/screenshot
you: GIVEN THAT MY “PURCHASE” WAS LESS THAN 10 MINS AGO THAT SEEMS REASONABLE
you: YOU HAVE THAT HANDY BECAUSE PEOPLE SAY THIS ALL THE TIME. I DON’T BELEIVE THAT IS THE SAME SCREEN THAT I SAW AND WITH DYNAMIC LANDING PAGES YOU DON’T KNOW THAT EITHER
you: I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW
Dorothy at Wavee.com: I assure you that you will get a 100% refund. The form will take you less than one minute to fill out. Once you have done so, your refund will be processed right away. It is the same payment page you saw but we want all customers to be happy.
Dorothy at Wavee.com: Is there anything else I can help you with?
you: so there is an online form?
you: not the orignal that called for MAILING IT IN, which wouldn’t provide a refund “once i’ve done so.”
Dorothy at Wavee.com: Unfortunately, like most Retail Stores, without this form and an original signature, I am unable to refund you.
Dorothy at Wavee.com: To skip filling out the entire form, please write this code xxxxx at the top and sign the form. This will allow us to process your refund faster.
Dorothy at Wavee.com: Is there anything else I can help you with?
you: this is a joke, a scam, a deception, and a lie.
you: i’ll send it in a start filing the complaints.
Dorothy at Wavee.com: Please sir, it will take you less time than it took you to register for the site. To skip filling out the entire form, please write xxxx at the top and sign the form. This will allow us to process your refund faster.
Dorothy at Wavee.com: Is there anything else I can help you with?
you: I’LL KEEP SAYING IT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!
Dorothy at Wavee.com: If it is easier for you, I will send you the PDF refund right now to [protected]@gmail.com.
Dorothy at Wavee.com: Are you there?
you: yes
you: OK
you: sorry i was blogging
you: please send it to my gmail and i’ll return it now
you: where would you like me to email it?
Dorothy at Wavee.com: One moment while I send the form. You can return it to [protected]@wavee.com.
you: ok
Dorothy at Wavee.com: Is there anything else I can help you with?
you: LOL. THE PDF IS THE SAME AS ON YOUR WEB SITE AND THE FIELDS ARE NOT EDITABLE. YOU MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO DO WITHOUT IMAGE EDITING OR ADDING LAYERS.
you: maybe you sent the wrong one?
you: or maybe since you’re asking for all the same info you can just issue a refund.
Dorothy at Wavee.com: Please print the form, fill it out, scan the form, and send it to us.
you: go straight into the merchant account terminal and void the transaction…
you: SCAN? MAIL? HOW MUCH MORE DIFFICULT CAN YOU MAKE IT. JUST ISSUE THE REFUND!
Dorothy at Wavee.com: We apologize for the inconvenience. There was clearly some confusion with this purchase. We do not want to see our customers unhappy. We will issue a refund to the credit card it was purchased from. The refund will be processed and you can expect to see your credit within 5-7 business days.
you: judging by the evolution of this chat session and deceptive nature of your website my happiness is not on your priorities. don’t add to the lies. at least the first few lies make you money.
you: btw, do you have a name or number i can reference in the future?
you: still there?
Dorothy at Wavee.com: You can call customer support at 1-888-98Wavee begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 1-888-98Wavee end_of_the_skype_highlighting ask for Dorthy.
Dorothy at Wavee.com: Is there anything else I can help you with?
you: i meant to reference in my credit card charge back and bbb reports in “off chance” that you don’t refund my money as promised through the convenient means of mailing and scanning?
you: you personally don’t have anything other than “Dorthy”? or did you mean “Dorothy”?
Dorothy at Wavee.com: You do not need to scan in the form. We are processing your refund. You can call 1-888-98-Wavee begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 1-888-98-Wavee end_of_the_skype_highlighting if you do not get the refund within 5-7 Business days.
Dorothy at Wavee.com: Is there anything else I can help you with?
you: that will do.
Dorothy at Wavee.com: Thank you for contacting Wavee LiveChat. Good-bye.

Thank you for contacting Wavee Support. Typically we do not allow for refunds under these circumstances, as the price is very clearly disclosed and this purchase was non-refundable (http://www.wavee.com/access/promo75). However, as a valued customer, we are making a 1-time exception and submitting a 50% refund for processing. As a further courtesy, you will be able to keep all of your credits. You can expect to see your credit within 10-14 business days. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Thanks,
Wavee Support

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT participate in this online auction scam of a company. Once you register, you have spent the money, regardless of whether you ever win any auction for any amount. For all we know, they have a room full of low paid employees pushing the "BID NOW" buttons to keep the bidding process going and every time you bid your credits are used and if you don't win the auction --which is more than likely the outcome of your efforts--you will have used up all of the credits you purchased with your credit card on just the bidding process. I wasted $48 and am very angry at myself for not investigating WAVEE at this or a similar site before giving them my credit card information. The "customer service" reps that answer the phone (when they are not in the other room bidding!) are no help whatsoever and the other postings speak to that issue. No refunds, no apologies, no "supervisor". Enough said. DO NOT JOIN IN WITH THIS ONLINE SCAM WHATEVER YOU DO! Why they haven't been shut down is a mystery to me!

I was asked to register in order to get started...and part of that process asked for credit card info. I thought I was registering like a person would for ebay. Instead, after I registered it said thank you for your purchase. A purchase was not mentioned before registering. If it had been I obviously woudn't have registered. This is deceptive and many others have fallen for it. I just spent $75 and got nothig for it.

THIS IS A SCAM! Do not use this site. A charge of $179 was put on my credit card with not verification and approval. Spoke to the 'Manager of Customer Support', Bob Williams. Apparently he is a robot, he continue to repeat a scripted response to my question of canceling the order. Neever would agree or disagree to do it. Only repeated that it was my responsibility. BEWARE! IT'S A SCAM!

TOTAL SCAM!

My coworker and I were searching Apple products online (we work for at&t) and stumbled across this website which supposedly offered Ipads for pennies on the dollar. We noticed that you had to put in your credit card number, but assumed it was no different that setting up an account with Ebay and proceeded. The site then displayed a receipt showing a charge of $75! THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!
