Washburn County CSA Thieves

WASHBURN COUNTY WISCONSIN CHILD SUPPORT AGENCY
“A DEN OF THIEVES”

1. The agency threatens private agencies with contempt of court, incarceration if they do not comply with their alleged order.
2. The agency violates individuals rights to due-process rights, steal one’s property in violation of federal, state and constitutional laws.
3. The agency falsify and alter controlled federal forms to secure matching funding for their agency/county.
4. The agency operates without over-site and grossly violates the IV-D services of the Social Security Administration Act of 1975.
5. Agency employees consider themselves court officials, write their own order in violation of the civil right act.
6. The over-site official (Corporation Counsel) is a two time loser, disciplined by the (OLR) inter alia.
7. Court official refuse to hold these individuals accountable making the court system culpable.
8. The agency can not compute simple mathematical equations (add/subtract), among other things.
9. The agency case workers in this county has serious integrity issues

Washburn County CSA Violations of Federal,State, and Constitutional Laws

Notice of Intent to Sue issued to the State of Wisconsin, et al, for Federal, State and Constitutional rights violations. Officials elected to up hold the law impartially, are grossly "PARTIAL" and have intentionally mishandled cases by altering federal forms, mail fraud, misleading other agencies by providing information known to be false, and have committed fraud against the Federal Government to secure federal funding for their county. The facts are documented and proof positive of their illegal activity. These individuals have accepted injustice as a norm. This behavior can not be condoned, and justice will prevail. Stay Tuned...

What part of the word "DOCUMENT(s)" you don't understand. Furthermore, the docs are voluminous and not for this forum. A federal court judge or jury will get to see them, guaranteed. Documented proof is admissible evidence. I think the feds will not take this to kindly knowing they are being scammed by a small county. Let me know what you think.
