Virginia UN review: Unemployment benefits issues/customer service

I lost my job due to Covid. I've had so many issues arise in dealing with VEC. My claim wasn't paid the week, with no explanation. They even made a mistake on my claim a few weeks ago, which caused me to be without income for weeks. There's no way to get in contact with them. Can't get through on the phone or chat. The social media page workers are rude
