Terrace of/at Elk Grove Village is dangerous place to live from maintenance entering people's homes and choking people to about 50 yrs old white w. Black hair women resembling one the young janitor took to the pool last year.

Be ready to spend lots of money if u rent in terrace apartments of Elk Grove Village.If u want to move out. When contract is over, the owner still don't give u deposit money.If owner knows in advance u want to move out, he will give u to sign a contract.So when u need to leave, he will charge u 2 extra months.Also, they have u pay already broken furniture before u come by blaming on your kids that they have broke it. Owners are yelling at and are abusive to their tennant and tennant's kids.
Terrace of Elk Grove Village and Terrace Condos is the same as Terrace Complex.They change names on d internet to avoid negative comments such as bat invasion and broken roof.
They changed its name on internet to Terrace of Elk Grove Village on 912 Ridge Square and Terrace Condos on 908 Ridge Square which in reality both locations are for the same complex and for the same company
I currently live on 3rd floor in 912 Ridge Square zip 60007.The roof leaks.Maintenance had not come all winter long to fix it.net in kitchen window with hole. When I asked owner of apt, he said u will not use it.Net of smaller room broke when group of bats flied and bumped into it.When informed, owner did not say or try to change the net.He just left.The lamp in hallway and kitchen broken.Even with new lightbulb, they do not work and we are forced to live in these downgraded living conditions.Owner changed once d lightbulb, but lamps just don't work.if they were working the bats who came through roof of building would not come in the apartment
The Maintenance and office lady left knowlingly the broken net of d laundery room with hole for 6 months during d most dangerous time from august to november when skunks, racoons, and bats seek a warm place for d winter. When I saw it, i called her to tell her, and she acknowledged she knows this for a long time.Bats already made a nest in d building. There were times when it smell even d hallway like there is a skunk in the laundery.
I also would like to confirm the negligence of the office lady and home owners to the wellbeing and healthy living conditions for tenants.I live on 3rd floor and d roof was broken as always.Water fell down froM hole and bats made nest on d 3rd floor.When I called d lady in d office, she said that she will fix it when coronovirus is over and they are not resonsible for getting rid of bats.i ask if she can call animal control, and she said that she will not be they save money so she can keep her job.
I agree with below.We placed 1 stroller and 1 high chair in d bike area b!e apts r so..small n in a week they were missing.It did not mean we do not need them.It was exactly when d baby learn to seat...and for surprise I saw the daughter of Oakten Community College math tutor in stident services with our stroller outside walking on the other sidewalk of d street when i never saw her b/re taking her child..but I guess Oakten Community College is hiring thieves.Her grandchild had a stroller n.what to seat on for the expense of somepne else to whom d stroller belong.When d office lady was contacted, all she said "U should not leave them in d bike area."She didn't put any effort to contact d police or to investogate who took them.anout terrace complex or terrace of elk grove village
lots of robberies during last year by people from d terrace complex who transpass other apartments with head and face covering.Cleanining people steal bikes from d bike area.
