UT Physician review: Doctor office

My son had a therapy session he had an outburst. the gentleman that walked him out said he almost hit me with a door that has a stopper so can not slam. I then received a letter from Dr Guidry, Vanessa 2 weeks later that she would no longer be his therapist. On Dec 9 called to speak with his psychiatrist and was given a call from Ginnean office Manager that I am not to call there office nor receive any services from there location. I had not been told that and my son is still receiving care from Dr. Marshall at that location. She said that no one is allowed to speak with me nor assist us for anything, I have never seen such poor approach with someone that is seeking help for there child. they have left him without help and do not care.
