They are a total rip off. Ask them why they don't do the same marketing they are selling. They cannot be found in any of the paid areas. The only 2 positive comments are from candi adams, which was a made up name for Top Website placement's email blast campaign (those orf you 4 to 5 years ago remembers getting those) and Ted, who is Jerry Leiman, one of the owners. Marketing on the internet is expensive, and you get what you pay for, but they try to convince you that for $200 to $300 per month you are going to see lots of business to your site. They also claim they work with Yahoo and Google. That is a lie. They simply have a formula that

I usually don't respond to these type of negative, anonymous and vague posts with a profile that looks fake. But like many people, I'm sick of BS written by Trolls (people on the internet who make negative comments or complaints about people, products or companies with out having the intestinal fortitude to use a real name, real profile or have real facts in their post, just a rant) because anyone can say anything about anyone anytime and not have to have the truth or facts to support what they say, or out right lie.

My name is Michael White and I'm a manager at Top Website Placement, thats my number BMOC posted call me anytime if you any questions [protected] -( not hiding ). This post is very suspect in that I don't have any clients in Irvine (where BMOC supposedly lives) or anyone who has been unhappy with us about this sort of thing lately. So the post was probably posted by either a competitor or one of the couple of idiot employees who have let go in the past (hey it's sales, hard to get it 100% right on hiring).

The post takes particular issue with us using a Candi Adams as part of an email campaign. Hey Genius, it's called advertising, I hate to break it to you, but you know Flo on those Progressive commercials, well she really doesn't work in a progressive store and she doesn't really sell those policies to those people, shes a spokesperson, actress, PR person for the company she is not a licensed insurance agent. Those polar bears in the Coke commercial? (Polar bears don't really drink coca-cola and watch football.) We employed a Candi to do marketing and pr work for us and the name stuck (believe me you don't want the owners mugs on an ad) so we use a lot of different ads (and yes we do place our own ads on Google, Yahoo & Bing) or campaigns to bring people to talk to our qualified marketing coaches (just like Flo brings calls to qualified insurance agents) So this sounds suspiciously like someone who knows the inner workings of our business (Idiot ex-employee or shady competitor)

As far as any complaints we have had, we've been in this business for going on eight (8) years and if we were really not handling business responsibly we would not have a few murky, ANONOMOUS, ambiguous complaints, we would have countless (with real names and real companies attached to the complaint) . We are A ranked members of the BBB and the few complaints we have had from legitimate companies are handled through them by an arbitration process that has always found we work in a reasonable business manner to resolve any issues. Sure you pay the BBB for a listing, but you also pay to have your A%$ out there to get complaints and they are not afraid to give companies grades of C, D or even F, but you have to be someone who has REALLY done business with us to lodge something with the BBB.

Marketing on the internet is not easy and I'm not going to tell you $200 to $300 is going to bring you droves of customers, but that amount each month can get you exposure, an internet presence and on your way to establishing the groundwork with the search engines (or buy you a small ad)...which is better than nothing at all if $200 to $300 is your budget.

So either post your real name and company with a legitimate concern or crawl back to your mom's basement and Troll other websites spewing your garbage instead pestering hard working businesses that try to do right by the people they work with...
