The Polyclinic review: Shoulder pain

I came in to be seen for severe shoulder pain and was diagnosed with costochondritis. During the visit, a 'regular' irregular heartbeat was detected. While assuring me several times it was likely nothing, they did an EKG and told me I needed to come back for a follow up with one of their physicians to be certain. I did and was given another EGK and a ton of lab work. I was charged $150 for a tetanus shot and I NEVER heard back on any of the results. Nor did my shoulder pain go away and I received a bill for $900 after insurance. What was ordered and what I was charged for going in for shoulder pain is ridiculous and a racket. I feel like the Polyclinic used every opportunity to gouge me for what should have been a simple issue. Oh and they didn't resolve anything with my shoulder.
