The Bentley Hotel review: No services at five star hotel

This is a luxury 5 star hotel in Knightsbridge however notwithstanding the hotel telephoning me the day before arrival to confirm my reservation upon arrival at the hotel and after checking and payment in full I was advised that no services were available that is no restaurant, bar, breakfast, room service no servicing of the room during our 3 night stay literally we have paid 5 star prices for a bed for 3 nights and the sheets haven't even been changed! The manager was not present until the morning after check but all complaints were ignored and the manager simply blamed covid I said had they told me when they rang me to confirm I would have cancelled the booking I was extremely unhappy that absolutely no facilities were available during our stay. I invited the manager to comp the room for 2 nights but she said that she was not prepared to offer any discount.
