Haircut
I had my haircut done by a stylist who had defective clippers. Just a couple of teeth missing she said as she pulls my hair out. And what the heck did she have clippers out when I specifically told her not to cut it short. I had a picture of what I wanted. Now my hair is 1/2" in places and 2" in others. There is no possible way this person should be able to have scissors in her hand let alone use them to cut hair. When I told her she was pulling my hair out she said she would think about replacing the head on her clippers. When I returned for her license verification she refused to provide it or her name and started dialing for the police. Always check reviews. I wish I had.
Ruined COlor
NEVER again. Went there for simple color re-touch of roots to cover grey. The guy took it upon himself, without asking me, to pull color through whole head. I protested, asking what the heck are you doing? and he responded, ...conditioning your hair. I said, that's color not conditioner. He said don't worry, trust me, its fine.
Well ofcourse it wasn't. He changed my whole color and in the process, ruined all my highlights that I paid alot of money for a month ago! I complained, and was told, oh, it will fade.
Ok, then give me my money back ! Now I have to go somewhere else, get color fixed, and pay for new highlights.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
