TA Appliances, Kitchener review: After sales service

A month after writing this review, I am no closer to a resolution than I was 5 months ago. Was contacted to say that TA was handing the problem off to their distributor since the had found out that it was under warranty. Distributor called, asked for pics, said they'd get back to me. Still waiting.

"Great products, wide range and selection. Excellent sales experience. Unfortunately terrible after sales service. Product out of stock for many weeks and delivered substitute items. Dishwasher racks fell apart after 15 months, dishwasher unusable, and have been waiting 4 months for parts. Customer Service totally non responsive.

Avoid these people like the plague."
