I received a smart watch for mother's day from my son that he ordered from you, but the smartwatch came with no charger. I have been e-mailing rachel at [protected]@ tmart 5 times she was looking in the order. My order# is 180505fldl3m case 12743. All I what is a charger for my smartwatch. I have sent several picture to rachel in support go to her. Order under my son edward whitt-821 east 4th-flora, il. 62839. The e-mail was sent in my name donna whitt - [protected]@hotmail.com

On 3/6 I filled up with gas and went ahead and got a cash wash for when the days were nice.. and yesterday was the expiring date on it and yesterday was a beautiful day so when I went to get my car wash.. I had to wait for others to be done and when I got up there it wouldn't take my car wash code: 79930... so I backed up and when inside and was ask what time did I get the gas and I looked at my receipt and it said 4:41 and this was 4:50. I had no idea is when out at the same time you got your gas... (two it doesn't state that on the ticket)
I was there at that time.. and I had to wait but either way.. I want a refund or my car wash please.
Its not hard to go to another gas station and start getting my gas and other needs at a store... and sorry to say I will if this doesn't get resolved. I work to hard for my money to throw it away.
So again I ask that you give me a refund or a new car wash code.

I ordered a dome security camera. When the item arrived I immediately took it out of the box and began trying to set it up. After 2 hours I was finally able to get it to connect to the Internet Explorer web interface. All the characters were in Chinese. There was no discernable way to change that to English. I looked thru the documentation and there was nothing. I was fed up by this point. I contacted their customer support chat and was told to wait. I asked for an RMA number, I just want my money back since it is not what I had expected it would be. The chat was taking too long so I broke connection and came in to work to file the RMA request. I was then locked out of the web interface to submit an RMA. And the chat tool requires your order number then says it is unavailable for chat. There is no phone number to call customer support, then I saw all the complaints on this website! Great! I submitted a PAYPAL dispute and am waiting to hear back from them. I hope I am not one of the amny people burned by this scam!
