Steven Chung review: Pharmacist

This is Dr. Mehta, I got called by a patient regarding elevated BP, I was calling in hydralazine 25 mg po q 8 hours prn for this patient to help her on the weekend. I did not have my NPI number on hand, I gave my office ph no and asked Steven Chung to look up in the database with my last name which he refused to do so even in this situation. Finally, I was able to find the NPI number and in this whole situation he was very rude and not compassionate about helping the patient out so they could get the medication in a timely manner. I would expect personnel in medical field to be more caring and compassionate to take care of the patients.
