This is my second letter and or communication to your company in reference to credit that is due to me. I spoke to a representatives back in April of this year and she confirmed the date from which credit was to be issued to my account. I never authorized this to be added to my account and as you can see from your records I have never used the service but you continued to bill me for over a year.
At the beginning of last year (2008) I spoke to a representative at ATT canceling what ever extra services I had on my phone because my financial situation had changed and I needed to slim down my expenses. It was not until April of this year that I realized that it had not had been done. That's when I spoke to your representative. I should have
written then but I have been working on keeping my home and establishing my business, that with in it self consumes my time and energy.
I'm formally requesting an audit of this account and if any credit is possible I ask that it be issued to my ATT account [protected] which is the number where my services are billed. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me by any of the means above email, phone call, fax, or regular mail.
SOLO Communications, through Enhanced Billing Services, alleged I signed up for a fax/voicemail service when I called to inquire about the service. Even though they insisted I signed up online for the service, I assured them I did not and that obviously something fraudulent had been done in my name. The CSR immediately offered to cancel the service and refund my money(3 months of charges), but said it would take 1-2 billing cycles to see the refund. So, we will see if they keep up their end.
