SilkRummy review: Online rummy

My first withdrawal took 1 day time to credit. But second withdrawal also taking time. Why the company is taking so much time to why can't it be a instant withdrawal while other sites offering instant withdrawal. I have cross checked with other players too and they too experienced the same thing on their withdrawal. SilkRummy is crediting withdrawal but not fast enough. Why?
