Secured Accounts Pty Ltd review: Finance

This man, Stephen Michael Hargreaves, has been scamming most of his life. He starts new "businesses" (schemes) more often than I change my socks! A declared bankrupt I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him. Many investors in his schemes will say the same. His latest venture is "secured accounts"
Deal with him at your peril. You have been warned.
