Santana Bank review: Horrible bank

This morning I got off the phone with a representative from the bank that was very rude I asked her why only $95 was paid towards my principal and $615 was towards my interest she told me that's how the bank works so the bank is taking their interest first and then applying money towards my principal so, we cannot pay out for our car faster because the money is not really been applied to the principal first!
