We dined at sakae sushi bugis junction on monday, july 30. We were seated in the booth but the seat was dirty...

The $1 promotion advertisement clearly says that only RED colored plates are excluded from the discounted price as seen under the Terms & Conditions section (see image). However, after our meal, we were told to pay $2.29 for 8 BLUE plates that we have taken under the impression that BLUE color is definitely not RED, right? Well, the evil corporation thought it was right to take advantage of their loyal customers by pulling a fast one. In the end, we had to pay EXTRA for BLUE plates. Where is the fairness. How can we stand by and let this people take advantage of us. Most of us would hate the feeling of being cheated but would do nothing just because it is only a small sum of money but remember that it is the principle of fairness and honesty that we are fighting for !

      and to add in to that. i win the nintendo wii prize last nov. up to now i still claim the prize they trick me..they should not raffle any prizes if they no they could not provide any prize..i was like a small kid that promise a candy that would not happen to have from the so dissapointed with draw...i will do my best to pass this expirience to others so it wont happen again..

      I was cheated again today too. They stated in member broucher that offer birthday members a 50% discount on nett bill amount. But actually the 50% discount become member points only, not direct discount in cash. I hate lies...
