unauthorized charges on husbands bank statement of over 40.00
I was on a normal scam-my website telling me I would make money on this site as all of them say. They said it was $1.00 for 7 days and if I did not cancel it then they would take 40.00 out of my account. I never could find any source of them after I gave them the dollar. They actually wanted the credit card information. I tried to call them several times and all I got was a recording to transfer me to a place to help me. Again, I got a recording and to leave my information. I did this and never got a call back. I got an email from them but it was called fast cash payday telling me they had received my money. So I wrote to this address several times and told them to cancel me and send me a confirmation. They never sent a confirmation but went ahead and took the money, MY husband went to the bank and we are to go to the bank and tell them it was not authorized in writing. I have been very upset with this.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Took money out of my account without authorization.
Rokstarz Media Group took money out of my account without authorization. I have never heard about this company. Can anyone offer any help on how I can claim my money back? This money is needed as soon as possible.

Rok Starz Media Group, LLC also entered charges against my Visa credit card without authorization.
Further the Nevada Secretary of State has revoked the business license and limited liability company filing of Rok Starz at least
since March 29, 2013. Disute your charge to your Credit Card as Fraud. good luck. Laurence Colbert

ROKSTARZ MEDIA GROUP took money from my Discover card twice without authorization-on May 7, 2017 of $1.00 and again on May13, 2017 of $47.00. I'm not sure now where I go to get my money back. When I try to call them I get a recording that says you have just reached [protected] mailbox please leave Oh the mailbox is full. Goodbye."
