Reservations Desk review: Hotel booking service fee

On January 22, 2021 I was charged $12.99 for a Hotel Booking Fee through the company. I did not make any reservations. I called the number, [protected], that is attached to the charge on my credit card statement. I was given an e-mail address to file my complaint to - [protected]@reservationsdesk.com.
This address does not exist. I would like a refund of the fraudulent charge, please
