This hotel has had zero internet access for some guests for over a week now and will not get it back for a few weeks? And absolutely no discount for the inconvenience, all while listing this as an amenity on their website. Management won't do anything and still charges full price. No hotel should go 3 weeks without internet access. The excuse doesn't even sound believable either. Maybe they discriminate against certain guests? I can see why this place has such awful reviews. Steer clear of this place and spend a little more to have better accommodations.
Desired outcome: Give wifi to all guests not just some, discount on room rates for inconvenience
