On my Reliance phone (02 Nos.) Voice Mail Service gets automatically activated. A lot of times I have lodged complaints to Customer Care & got it deactivated, also by personally visiting many times at Reliance World, A-Block, Faizabad Road, Indira Nagar, Lucknow I got it deactivated and instructed to not activate it. But every time after 2-3 days it is activated and every time Rs. 30.00 is deducted from my balance. Hope Reliance is not paying its employees by collecting money from consumers like this. It is happening for the last more than a year. I think Reliance is a good reputed company and all my money deducted in such a way will be refunded to me at the earliest and in future also it will not happen. Make some corrections in your software which must have a password, and Customer Care also must activate / deactivate a service only after password is confirmed by the user and password must not be disclosed to the persons over there. Hoping for the right judgement at the earliest. Because in such a manner Reliance is going to lose its consumers as I have seen many people complaining same at Reliance World.

I am a Reliance prepaid customer from the last more then 3 years My Number is [protected]. I was very happy with RIM services and network. it was excellent. But from last six months, I am suffering from the unusal deduction of unrequested services. and when i try to contact Customer support then got a message " all operators are busy " By this way, They deduct my approx 100 rs balance in last 3-4 months . Some time, they activate Caller tune, Some time They activate health pack and many more. At this moment, They activate a Caller and One CRBT pack. When i try to Unsubscribe those then Got " SMS Not Sent or Failed " When i try to call on *333 or *368 Got " operator busy. My balance was go to Negative So i recharge my Cell but with in 10 min . Again my balance Reached negative. It is Unacceptable. I request you to help me and revert my Money and Cancel the ADD On Services. I will be Thanks to you

SIX MONTHS BEFORE THEY HAD SMS ME ABOUT UPLOADING CALLER TUNE IN JUST RS. 6 AND WITHOUT MY CONFIRMATION THEY UPLOADED THE SONG AND DEDUCTED RS. 30 FROM MY ACCOUNT.
I WAS NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT THAT. BUT LAST MONTH I HAD SMS YOU TO UNSUBSCRIBE THE SAME BECAUSE AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE DEDUCTED LOT MUCH AMOUNT THAN THE SUBSCRIPTION. I HAVE TALKED TO YOUR MOBILE CUSTOMER CARE FOR ATLEAST 50 TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING.
EVEN I HAD UNSUBSCRIBE THE CALLER TUNE TODAY MORNING THEY HAVE DEDUCTED RS. 30 FROM MY ACCOUNT SAYING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FOR MY MUSIC STATION RENEWED.
WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS I AM NOT UNDERSTANDING.
SO I AM REQUESTING YOU TO PLEASE GIVE YOUR GALLERY ADDRESS SO I CAN PERSONALLY GO AND TALK TO YOUR OFFICER.
