Recreation Discount Wholesale Inc review: They sent a product that wasn't what I ordered. No refund.

They shipped me a different winter cover than the one I ordered and then basically refused to do anything about it. This was plainly the wrong product, and the people answering the phones acted like they couldn't do anything about the situation. (it's fitting that they are located on "stonewall" boulevard up in massachusetts).

We are contesting the charge with our credit card company. The cover we received is still in its box. We had to order the correct cover again from a different source and it is now on our pool.
