I recently got an email stating that I was required to take a talent assessment through PSI for an internship that I signed up for. I cooperated and drove to the site and followed all protocol. I even patted myself down. When I get in the test room, I need a test key that was never sent to me or anyone. I can't take the test without the key. I sit in the room for 2 hours while the front desk lady appears to be helping and trying to get that key but she did nothing.

I have reviewed your complaint about your test. I am a little confused but have an idea. Have you thought that maybe the test was to see if you would sit in the room for 2 hours without taking initiative? I fear that you may have not passed this test.
Keep your chin up though, the modern world is a strange place if it has tests like this, but I am confident that next time you will know to ask some questions instead of sitting there so long.
