I have this product approximately 1 month and it works great; however, after using it, I noticed that the wording around the knobs (time button and the button to select grill, air fry, etc.) are wearing out and the numbers/words are disappearing. I'm concerned that if I don't take a picture of the knobs or write the numbers/words down, I won't know which to select. Poor quality. I don't have the time to return the item. Even if I did, this probably would happen again.
Desired outcome: I would like a new unit; however, if this is a consistent problem I would be getting a new one every month.
