PointofMail review: Multiple charges for same membership; no customer service

I subscribed to Point of Mail services a few months ago, and have been getting charged my monthly membership fee multiple times within the same month each month. There 8s no way to receive any response from their customer support. I have emailed them many times to no avail. I have included a screenshot of my credit card transactions, however this is ok not for one of my credit cards.
