Pitstop Carwash review: Car wash

Use these places (pitt stop car wash) at you own risk. My vehicle was damaged at the slidell location and it took approximately 5 weeks for these people to get back to me and deny my claim. When speaking to the person that called after I repeatedly called and left my feedback to them, he lied and said the claim was made later after the incident. This was a bold faced lie. I noticed the damage immediately after leaving the wash as I had gone across the street to the gas station for refill. I then noticed the gas cap cover was bent on my 2014 lexus. I went directly back over to the wash and showed this to the manager. He helped me to prior the gas cap cover loose. From then on it was ignored phone call after ignored phone call. When they finally called, they called with a lie to say they had never seen anything like that and the claim was made at a later date. How insulting. Who the devil are these people and where did they come from. Use these places at you own risk.
