PGT review: Windows

Moved into a home built in 2006 and every window in our home is by PGT and has Fogging in everyone - Looks dirty and cannot see out windows. I called PGT to discuss issue. They admitted it is there issue with the windows but since I purchased home the warranty does not convey and not there issue. I asked to talk to manager and the rep was not nice and said I would get a call back. The manager has not called me after 2 attempts to get a resolution. I live in a 2800 sq ft home and every window is installed by PGT and has Fogging + all window seams are broken. This home is 14 yrs old and every window is broken/fogging.
