Online Pharmacy Unwanted phone calls

I receive calls approximately 2x per week for someone named "Neil" from a company named "Online Pharmacy." Everytime they call I kindly ask who they're calling for, what this is regarding and the name of the company - everyone who calls has a thick accent (I'm not sure but it sounds Indian or Middle Eastern) and when I remind them that this is not Neil's number and I've asked to have this phone number removed from the call list, I'm hung up on. I don't know how to make this stop but there must be some way to prevent them from calling my phone number.

You cant block the calls because the callerid keeps changing. Even the area code changes. I have written a program that will call them 50 times every time they call me and tie up their lines. Is there any other alternative?

I get these calls sometimes twice a day from people with foreign accents who identify themselves as "Online Pharmacy". I have tried ordering them to stop calling me to yelling obscene language, but the phone calls continue.

5 years of this and no end in sight. They can change their number and keep calling so you cant even block them. just this year alone i am up to 42 numbers. I just file them under Drugz on my phone. Ive asked nicely to be removed. Ive screamed and yelled at them. My newest ploy after reading some blogs is to answer any unknown numbers as my local police department and see how that works.
Ive notified the fcc as well, they are no help.

Online Pharmacy charged on credit card and did not receive item

To whom it may concern,

I have two charges on my statement, I was notified by my local bank, The charges done on the 20th of august came from a company called Online Pharmacy [protected]. in the amounts of 144.95 and 16, 00. coming from Panama according to Bank of Hawaii. I did not receive any merchandise for those amounts. I am in closing asking this company to refund myself in a cashiers check/company check being that It left me no choice but to have my account closed. Due to possible unauthorized use of my account, there were also reocurring charges in the amount of$60.00 applied on to this account which I had to personally take care of or the amount would have a weekly amount applied. This has broght the grand total to $220.95. I can be contacted at [protected] or by email [protected]@gmail.com attention Bank of Hawaii Dispute. Thank you for your concern to this matter.

Sincerely,

Sheryl H. Soo

Online Pharmacy No delivery, no contact possible!

I ordered medicine from an online pharmacy about a year ago. When they called me for a refill, I told them I was not interested. I am called 3 or 4 times a day from different people who speak broken English trying to get me to buy more medicine. They don't take no for an answer and they keep calling me over an over again. This is a business line so it has to be answered. This has been going on for over 8 months now and since they are a foreign company I don't know where they are.

For years, and especially more so since about 2006, there has been a major surge in emailed spam for so-called 'Canadian Pharmacies'. According to reports, this has also caused significant harm to the legitimate pharmacies in Canada according to their industry associations.

Several gangs exist, primarily Yambo Financials, and a Russia-based gang that is headed by Leo Kuvayev and Alex Polyakov, and possibly other gangs. Leo Kuvayev was arrested in the United States and while awaiting trial on charges of selling prescription drugs online, made bail and upon release from jail, left the country and soon was sending large quantities of email spam for pharmaceuticals, largely prescription drugs.

One can tell these sites from legitimate pharmacies, due to domain naming techniques employed by the spammers. One gang uses domains with two words run together, such as prizechange, always followed by .com, and the other uses seemingly nonesense words, like qiyidevoh, always followed by .cn (domain extension for China). Most of the sites look very similar, although at times there are differences, or new versions of the pages appear.

Most of the offerings of the spam gang sites are for drugs like Viagra, Cialis, or opioid painkillers like Vicodin or Oxycontin. However for the most part the pills shipped are either very low strength, having been made from full-strength pills that were 'cut', or are nothing more than placebos with no actual drug content in them, thus adding to the damage, and the dangers, of purchasing from these sites.

I have pharmacies calling me all the time too. As a matter of fact, it's more than one. They don't want to take no for an answer and they are very rude, and they don't even speak plain English. I requested on many occasions to be put on their no call list , I'm already on the national do not call register, they say okay. Then it can vary between minutes, hours or a day, someone from their company will call again. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the only way I could be put on their no call list was to except one shipment and be given a customer #. I told him, that sounded like scare tactics and I wasn't going to be pushed into ordering anything I don't want and that I was sure the phone company and attorney general would be very interested, as I was recording the conversation. He very quickly apologized and said I would be getting no more calls. I haven't heard from that particular again! I get a few a week now from various pharmacies and that is still aggravating but it is better than 3-4 times daily!

My mom has the same thing going on right now. She ordered something a couple times from an online pharmacy over 1 1/2 ago. THEY STILL CALL! I'm pretty sure she has spoken to every person and a few said they would not call her anymore. Then the next day or even a few hours later the phones rings and its someone from that place again. My mom doesn't want to change her phone number and often just uses her cell phone and doesn't even answer the house phone. It has actually become a game when they call and I'm over, I'll answer the phone and confuse the people.

My first comments were lost--so I'll repeat. I ordered 90 XANAX pills from XpressRX for which they were paid, on 05/21 the sum of $319.96. The package they sent me contained 20 Panadol and 10 Dispirin---both of which I am allegic to. I have reams of emails in which I begged for my money returned---they completely ignore me. I have kept ALL of the paper work as well as the wrong meds. I cannot find an address for them and their phones do not respond!

I submitted an order for 90 Xanax to Xpress-RX several months ago.The money was paid to them on 05/20. They sent me 10 Dispan and 20 Panodol (I am allergic to both). I have about 35 sheets of email in which I begged for either my money back or the proper meds. I have been totally ignored. I have every piece of correspondence as well as the meds they did send.
