No doubt about it. Online Big Store is a total SCAM. THEY DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS. Stop payment ASAP. It does not matter if you take their free shipping offer or you pay $50 for expedited shipping. It does not matter if you get emails from their customer service confirming shipment or confirming refunds. THEY DO NOT SHIP. THEY DO NOT REFUND. They have a very professional looking website, but it is all FAKE. Paypal has blocked Online Big Store due to numerous complaints. If you use paypal you'll be invoiced by an individual, not a company. This allows them to withdraw your money sooner. IT'S A SCAM. I regrettably have a lot of experience with this company. Because they operate in a foreign country many consumer protection laws do not apply. It can be very difficult, if not impossible, to recoup your payment. No matter what they promise, do not pay them. If you have paid, stop payment as soon as possible.

I ordered laptop from the website of Online big Store. I paid about $400 through PayPal. The seller wrote on the website that the delivery would take 7-9 days, but I waited about a month. Also the seller responded very slowly and didn’t provide anything useful. I placed the dispute and waited for money, and the seller provided me the email, where he told me that they sent me money. But I haven’t received it. Please, if someone here had the same experience, can you help to return money back?
