Ojbro Vantfabrik review: 5 finger winter gloves

I bought winter gloves from their website on January 9, 2021, the next day I went outside for a walk for 30 minutes in -15 degree celsius weather here in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and my fingers were almost frozen at the end of the walk, I called them to tell them I would like to return my gloves which I paid 99$ plus tax for thinking they would be very warm at that price, and they refused to take them back cause I wore them, even though I had them only for one day and used them once for 30 minutes, I kept calling and emailing them and they blocked my number and never emailed me back, so if you want warm gloves at a good price with good customer service look elsewhere
