New Concepts Management review: Property management

I have made maintenance requests for the past 3 years to have things done that went unheeded. They had Truseal in Inver Grove Heights replace the stairs at our townhouse (they are the property managers) over a month ago because they were crumbling. The concrete residue on our driveway has remained for over a month. Despite repeated emails, the response I received today was "The Association has decided to not pay to have your driveway cleaned. It will go away on it's own eventually."

It has not gone away. We are listing our house for sale and the residue is obviously an eyesore and not conducive to pictures for our listing. I have numerous other stories to tell.
