This summer 2020, I have contacted Nationwide four times to change the beneficiary of my life policy. I submitted all documents they required. Each time I called to monitor their progress, I was assured by the agent it was completed. On one occasion the agent went to his supervisor to be certain. Each attempt to change the policy was followed not by a written confirmation which I requested but by a new form to fill out. Same form as the last time.
Yesterday and today I attempted to call them and all my calls did not go through?
