They have a horrible customer service team which is using a bot!
They do not have a human being helping you with your request. This is a horrible company becoz they are making it difficult for u to contact them and even after I chat with them my problem is not resolved so why in the first place can't u offer me or us a phone number for us to call which is easier...
Well, my connection is due to move tomorrow. Today, MyRepublic deferred it due to "access issues" - there are zero access issues
Tried to awful chatbot, the unanswered email channel and the online agent.
So far no help at all.
In a connected world, and especially during lockdown, internet is essential.
Cancelling less than a day ahead without any proper explanation is simply unacceptable.
