I used this site to ask one off the solicitors some advice in feb 2010 and every month since they have been taking money out off my account each month since then, i have not authorised this and i would like it to stop and get my money back please, this is stealing.
I have been charged on my credit card for April, May and June 2010 $13.00 each month. I did not get an answer to my health question and I want a refund on my Visa card. ASAP!!!
I called a help line number for McAfee because I was having trouble downloading a program to update my McAfee security software. I got into a live chat session with a McAfee technician, then had to break off due to medical appointments out of town. When I returned later in the day, I called again for assistance, and this time was helped by a different technician who said this would be a free consultation. Then I was recontacted by the first technician who asked about payment. And I told him that frankly he hadn't answered my question but the second technician was able to help me. He said 'fine, " and I thought that would be the end of it. Now I see where my credit card has been charged $33.00 for this consultation. I never authorized this expense when prompted to do so by the on-line instructions. I would like to have the $33.00 charge recredited to my charge card.
i was charged $14.00 for just answer which is acceptable, but MyJabill.com is charging me $28.00. That is not an authorized charge, so please correct it. thank you.
