Bought a pair of tights fur lined from My Winter Comforts via Facebook, they were far too small for XL size, so sent back to Unit 5 Trident Way, Southall. They received the parcel on 9/12/20. I asked for. Replacement size 3XL I have heard nothing since. Also sent 2 emails to mywintercomforts@outlook.com, no reply. I have now written a letter to that address and now waiting for a reply. Where do I go from here.
