I was told I would get a refund for the faulty product and have been waiting since july 30th. I keep getting the run around from their warranty department. They have received the product back and told me it would take 2 weeks to receive my full refund. That was july 30th and now it's september 21, 2020. Please help. I paid over $200 for the product and have sent it back 2 times now. First time was a replacement product, then I was promised another replacement and weeks later was told it's not available and they would send me a full refund. I'm still waiting and have tried several times to contact them with no avail.
