I made a huge order back in November. Some items arrived in December, two more showed up in mid February and three are still missing. I contacted mininthebox customer care and after I explained the situation they promised to fix everything. Two days later I received a message from them stating they'll resent my items. Well, two weeks already passed and I received nothing yet. I really doubt that they actually did something. I'm really disappointed with this website and I will never order anything again!
I wonder why many companies do not follow the rules and do not even try to deliver purchases at time? I faced a problem where a company called Miniinthebox.com was late with delivery and after I asked for a refund they send me a cheque with a sum of money I SHOULD PAY THEM! It is incredible.
