Cannot believe these people a worker called me to say that the new parts they got for my boat that were for warranty they had kept and put for sale and simply put second hand parts on my brand new boat took boat there over 6 times and never fixed i cannot believe these people and that karen has the rudest biggest mouth i cannot believe how they can treat customers that way eve their workers to dob them in !
Poor customer service
Recently I experienced problems with my outboard running like a it needed a good tuneup promised some one would call 3 times stayed home to make sure the service guy would call no one did clearly Mandurah outboards go not give a dam about supporting their clients by the way I have purchased over $100.000 worth of Mercury products of the in the last 10 years will go elsware after this episode.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service is simply a gross understatement at Mandurah Outboards. Not only did they misdiagnose the problem with my boat but once they completed their so called repairs, the boat came back to me in worse condition (no reverse gear).
Somehow they managed to talk me into spending more money and after I picked up the boat the second time, the bill was higher than originally quoted. Although angry, I politely questioned the bill and was quickly shut down with a verbal barrage from the mechanic and girl at the front desk. Unbelievably, when I next took the boat for a run, the problem still wasn't fixed!
So there I was $1000 worse off with a buggered boat and no answers. To the stores credit, the owner called me back after I complained, and promised to rectify the issue within a few weeks. He was very understanding, but unfortunately that's the last I ever heard from him. When I called for an update a few months later, the same front desk lady refused to put me through and treated me like a common criminal. I was driving at the time so the phone was on loudspeaker, my girlfriend in the car overheard the conversation and was literally gob smacked at her rudeness and unwillingness to help.
Save your money, time and sanity people, go somewhere else and tell your friends the same!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
