fraudulant product supply
Hello there I would like to make a complaint against the following online site http://www.magniwork.com/?hop=j73pes and The Manager / Operator being a Dan Verch and would appreciate it if you would investigate this site for fraudulent supply of product and make them live up to there customer guarantee, to refund your money back if your not happy at all with there product as they so boldly display on there online site as you will see from the above online web page link.
1. They have taken my money which I paid by credit card to Magniwork via Clickbank for a 50 page Instruction Manual on building a Magnetic Generator capable of running your house, which I download from there site in pdf format once the payment had been verified by them. After looking at the manual I was very disappointed to find 12 pages relating to a magnetic power generation and the rest of the manual is nothing more than descriptions of various alternate energy producing devices, nothing more than a total fraudulent scam !
2. The site displays a massive full customer money back guarantee if your not happy with there product in any way.
3. I have tried to make contact with the Manager, Operator of the site, Dan Verch with three emails demanding my refund as I was not happy at all with what I received for my money, but have had no response back from him as yet, except being sent his newsletter update !
4. I have also sent my complaint to Clickbank, who handled the payment side of things for the online business, they have not got back to me as yet.
5. After doing some searching online I have since discovered other people that purchased the same product as me only to be ripped off as well and supplied with the same rubbish Instruction manual by them.

Refund
I puchased the plans for an electromagentic generator for $49. I cannot fully understand how to build the product because it does not explain any of the steps. Nothing is clearly desribed how to be built. Not only that but it is truly not a zero energy generator because it requires battery power to work. It is not creating energy from magnetism alone, for there has to be an electrical current already going into it. So, the product is not what they advertised to me. If you do not mind, I would like a refund. Mind you, I was guareenteed a refund if not satisfied with their product. Here is my order information.

I agree with you. I too bought one as well, and I too was left disappointed with what I received, and their claims that even a novice can do it and for under a hundred dollars. If this unit was built by someone brave enough to follow their instructions, it is not capable of generating enough power to be off the grid, if it generates anything at all, it 's generating money for them. I have made little effort for a refund, because Ill be left with more anger as these ### are also cowards hiding behind all these misleading websites, where responsibility is directed elsewhere, leading nowhere. How ever I do wish you good luck and they should be stopped. They do not deserve to our hard earned cash by selling us trash.
