We are the owners / operators of Magic Property Management LLC

The complaint that is listed is nothing to do with our company. We do not and have never employed anyone called Sara Fu.

My wife and I do everything form cleaning the homes to invoicing.

I beleive that the people who have written the compliant, have mixed us up with another company of a similiar name.

We have tried to get this removed and contacted the Compliants board several times and also the people who wrote the compliant. Our only option is to complian about the complaint and appoint an Attorney to get this removed as if is damaging our business.

      We are yet again forced to answer to comments of which we have no knowledge. Over the past 3 years we have had several home owners who have run into financial difficulties and not paid us for our services. In this case we would normally stop our services and change the lock box code until we have been paid.
      Unfortunately on both occassions we never got paid, and in fact lost several thousands of dollars. We are only a small family business and most of our customers have been with us for several years, and we would be more than happy to give references should any new villa owners be interested in our services.

      We would also be more than happy and willing to talk to the person /s who have listed these comments, and discuss it through our Attorney, which would be the sensible thing to do if their comments are true. We have' never' and would never Rip anyone off. There are more than enough Management companies that already do this. We pride our selves in offering a very personal service, and we have never had more than 25 homes in order to ensure that we can maintain our high standards.

      Unfortunately some people are just plain evil and do this annonymously, as they know what they are saying is untrue, but wish to damage our reputation. On one occasion we even found out that another Management company had posted a comment pretending to be a guest, simply because one of their home owners changed their services to us, from recommendation, and because the company they were using were treating them badly. Clearly this management company were very bitter about it, but had they have been doing their job properly, then they would not have lost the business.

      We would be more than happy to talk to anyone about this and, as we have already stated, we have many happy owners and guests who will happly confirm that we not only meet their expectations, but more often than not, exceed them.

      Not a suprise, we had a similar experience with macic property management (The Rimmers) they left our property in an unsafe state ripped us off and then when we cancled service they thought it would be amusing to change the lock box combination so we could not get the door key back and had to have the locks changed (which interestingly cost $40)

    Magic Property Management LLCDEPOSIT

    We rented a house in Florida last July through the Magic Property Management LLC. We left the house spotless but we have never received our deposit. I keep reading complaints about the same company. It looks that they never reimburse the deposits. The check was sent to Sara Fu who lied to us about sending us our deposit .

        Yet again we do not know who " Backtogeek" is ?????? These comments are utterly ridiculous!!

        How could we rip anyone off for this amount of money ? $9000 ?????????????????????/ Impossible! Our average bill for the month is between $300-$400 per month. Also we never carry out any work on a villa without first sending the owner pictures of the damage with a quote for the work should they wish to proceed.
        Only then do we carry out the work. Many mangement companies tell you nothing and then just send you an invoice for fixing things that you did not even know was broken.

        If the amount is over $500.00 we always ask for payment in advance as we can not finance this, given the number of homes we have and the potenetial risk of us not being paid. Most labourers in Florida want 50% upfront and the balance on completion. Just good business sense.

        Again we have over 20 very happy customers and hundreds of guests visiting us every year. Some of the guests come back to our villas because they know they will be well looked after. Again, as previously stated, we would be more than happy to give references of owners.

        We have recently had a visit from a major UK tour operator who sends over thousands of guests per year who inspected several of our homes. They were so impressed with our standards and service that the Managing Director of the Travel company has asked us to look after her own house !!!

        Agreed, we used these jokers as our management company and they pretty much destroyed the house and left it in a dangerous state after ripping us off for around $9000

        Do not touch them!!!

        We experienced the same problem. It took us months to finally get our deposit back. This was after we told them that we decided to sue them. It was really a painful experience.
