Logodesignguarantee.com Refund fraud

Hello,

I am filing an online complaint for logodesignguarantee.com. I made an order for about $200 for a complete package for logo, business card and envelope. After they sent me the same design over and over, I requested for a refund on Oct.5th 2013 and today is Dec.9th 2014 which means they have successfully stalled my refund exactly more than three months as of today.

I have followed your customer care email ([protected]@logodesignguarantee.com) for almost everyday in these last three months and still no refund which proves their intentions of not refunding any customers.

Every time I write to your customer care email I get the same reply as follows

"Dear Shiva,

We humbly apologize for not being able to satisfy you this time around. Your refund request has been forwarded to our Financial Department's Manager.

It is stated in our terms and conditions that reviewing your project for refund can take up to 21 days, but the process is usually quicker than this. We will update you accordingly, via email, as to when you will receive your refund.

I made an escalation to make sure that your concern will be our top priority.

Kimberly Turner
Logo Design Guarantee"

And every time I try with their live support I get the same following message

"We are figuring out your request. We will let you know here soon. If you would like to leave a message, please type it in the input field below and click "Send" button.".

After three months of waiting and getting the same replies from them made me realize that I will not recieve any refund never ever.

Please do not trust logodesignguarantee.com or logodesignguarantee.co.uk or 50dollarlogo.com

Logodesignguarantee.com Refusal to give refund

This company prides itself on their great guarantee. They state that a customer can get a refund at ant time during the logo design process. I had paid extra to get a better class of designer, and also paid upgrades for time factors. When I got the original designs, the were of very poor quality. They were almost child like. I asked for a refund right away.
Instead of refunding me, they sent other designs. These designs were not much better.
I kept asking for my refund, but they sent me confusing messages that didn't actually tell me if I was to get a refund or not. They kept saying, we will get back to you, but they did not, all this from a company who brags heavily about their refund policy.

I am filing an online complaint for logodesignguarantee.com. I purchased one of their logo design packages for one of my companies. This is the first time I have ever filed an online complaint for any company. I deal with a vast amount of online companies without any problems whatsoever that can't be rectified. When I purchased my logo from them they promised a custom design and free life time alterations. When I received my initial designs based upon my detailed information they used exact pics that I found on Google images. I had to complain about this to receive a true original logo. When I purchased my logo it came with free life time alterations. I recently just emailed them that I would like to change the tagline in my logo. This would take one of their designers about two minutes. Upon my initial email they tried charging me $35 for this change. I replied stating that I had free life time alterations as stated in the top right corner of their website. They replied I was correct and I would have my revised logo in 24-48 hours. Well four weeks later and about twelve emails, still no logo revision. For a company who says from their email and I quote "We at Logo Design Guarantee always hold ourselves responsible for your satisfaction." I cannot believe they would treat a customer like this for such a simple request as a tagline change. For me to waste my valuable time putting a complaint online as a business owner with multiple companies I strongly recommend to never use this company.

I agree totally! Same experience I am going through right now with this company: Poor quality and they refuse to give my refund back. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER order from them!
