SCAM ARTIST
Decided to try theFRE TRIAL. They sent other crap and said I am automaticly signed up for a membership amd will be billed $98 unless the product is returned within 30 days and after I jumped through HOOPS. Well they can go F - off. I cancelled my debit card and ordered another one from the bank so they cant get crap from me! I even called them to thank them and let them know what I did. The gal on the phone said well we can discount it if that would help you to pay for it...LOL I alreadty did discount it I told her...It's FREE NOW like advertised!
company claims never received returned order....return # included on package and customer has shipping receipt
I personally called to cancel this automated re-order scam after second parcel was shipped. It was within the time frame to receive a refund on the second parcel. I was given a company return number, promptly shipped back the item with # on outside of package as I was instructed with return address. I also called my credit card company to cancel the charge. They too investigated the order. The company is claiming that they never received the package. I have a shipping receipt. They may be giving a bogus return address and until the package is received...my money will not be returned. What do I do at this point?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
