1. Trip to Bologna in March 2020 cancelled due to Covid-19
2. Applied for a refund of €74.70 in respect of 3 tickets to travel from Bologna to Florence on train 8953 (Ticket no: E52KPY)
3. Claim allocated case number 2-[protected]
4. Despite several email chasers and letters including one sent "Signed for delivery" still no reply or refund
5. Claim is showing on their system as 'closed'!
