payment not received
I paid for my domain name on sept 29 th 2017 I continued to receive emails from hyperstreet stating non payment. I have emailed them with copies of my paid invoice and left telephone messages but they continued to send me emails regarding the cancelation of my domain name for lack of payment. No one has returned any of my correspondence and my webpage has been removed. I am furious
Rude Tech Support
I received info about my regular hosting company, GoBigMedia, merging with Hyperstreet. I have a web site hosted and web builder with GoBigMedia.
I received an email saying I had new user names and passwords and to follow the links provided. I attempted to do so, but nothing worked. I couldn't find my web page or make any changes to it.
I was very unhappy about this, and submitted a ticket stating so and why.
The tech support, Karin, was very condescending towards me and questioned if I could read or follow directions. The instructions she provided were not correct either.
I submitted a complaint against the tech rep for her rude emails and behavior. I received a response from the very same tech rep defending herself and stating that my complaint was bordering on harassment.
So - If I complain about bad service - I am supposedly harassing the company. Can you believe it?! RIDICULOUS!
On top of this, they then put some sort of statement on my account that will automatically close it - all written up by the one who is providing the rude behavior in the first place. Unbelievable!
I will do my best to find a manger there and send them all the saved emails but the tech rep seems to be controlling the communication and I am unable to get past them at the present moment. Suffice it to say I will not let this rest.
I WILL be moving my account. Any company that would allow its staff to treat a paying customer like this, shouldn't be in business and I will go out of my way to post on every social media link I can about this.
The tech support staff member that was beyond rude and unprofessional claims to be a co-owner. I will laugh and laugh the day this business goes down the hole. No one can stay in business treating the people that pay their salaries in such a manner. Good riddance to a crap company. Stay away from Hyperstreet.
